The property is in a stunning location, offering fantastic views of both the sea and the city of Cartagena. The complimentary morning yoga sessions were a lovely touch and a great way to start the day.

Check-in was a bit frustrating. Although it was scheduled for 3pm, none of the guests, including ourselves, were able to access their rooms on time as they were still being prepared. We decided to upgrade to the presidential suite to treat ourselves to enjoy a more relaxing experience. Unfortunately, when we finally got into the room, we found a cockroach on the sofa, which we had to remove ourselves. There was also no shower head initially, though the staff were responsive and provided one when asked. That said, the replacement shower head released algae, and I ended up cleaning it myself. While the setting and potential of the property are fantastic, some of the service and cleanliness aspects need improvement to match the experience you expect—especially at the suite level.

Good location Nice property Friendly staff Property was beautiful with lots of different details Dogs running everywhere. I liked them but just something to be aware of. The room grew on me. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had good water pressure and hot water for showers.

Food was just ok. Communication wasn't the best. When you book you speak with one whatsapp account. Then another for transportation. Then another when on property. Which was fine but they tried to charge me for the transportation I had already prepaid. Then needed me to show proof of payment to a different account. It would be better to have either 1 account or the ability to reference payments because if I hadn't caught it I would've been charged twice. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Like: The location and the food are amazing (there are vegan options but not so many), the beach is nice and there are fishes you can see, so it's very clean and quiet. There are electrical plugs on the beach. There are many options to have fun or to relax. The breakfast included has many options. Dislike: the food is a little bit pricey and sometimes they have long waiting times after ordering. The WiFi signal was not very good in my room. The boat to the island was charged (out of Booking) to me before my arrival to the hotel, but they had the option to charge in the hotel, so it seems there was a miscommunication among the staff.

Soooo beautiful!! Staff pleasant and friendly. All seemed to be having a blast, which made it fun! Dinner was amazing and our drinks were the best! We had non alcoholic also. Breakfast was great also wonderful coffee. We loved the swings around the beach and beach itself. Beautiful place to run or take a long stroll as well! We chatted w locals training for a race. Music was Wonderful in the evening. Nice to swim-although rocky just feet from shore.

A dog kept scratching VERY loudly on our door, making loud banging sounds and at windows ALL night long. I did not sleep :( Menu was limited. But perfect for us, as only there 1 day. Hard to communicate. Would have been nice if there was a sign about breakfast times. Very hard to figure out transportation ! I am now trying to get reimbursed for paying for Uber to pier, as we could not find them at the airport. Also, I paid twice for a boat there! :( but once we were there it was amazing:)

The staff was fantastic. Wessy, Jhonny, Kateryn, and Venus were very pleasant during my two day stay. Wessy and Jhonny went above and beyond for any of my requests, making me feel very welcomed. Can not wait to visit again!

The mosquitos but we are on an island so it is to be expected. I would recommend adding the water bags or some sort of bug repellent outside near the pool villa areas as an added amenity. Luckily, I brought my own bug spray. The mosquitos weirdly did not enter the bedroom area. I slept well.

The hotel was nestled in a tranquil, secluded area surrounded by lush greenery, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We were immediately captivated by the warm and inviting atmosphere that welcomed us upon arrival. The staff provided exceptional service, always attentive and eager to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Each moment was enhanced by the thoughtfully designed decor, which beautifully blended rustic charm with modern elegance, creating a cozy yet stylish ambiance throughout the property. Overall, our experience was one of relaxation and delight, leaving us eager to return.iful decor.

Although each meal was carefully crafted and delicious, we felt the menu could have included more options, particularly at breakfast. During our stay, we experienced a midnight rainstorm that led to a leak in the room's roof. Fortunately, I was able to move the nightstand out of the way of the water splashing onto my face. I quickly fell asleep to the soothing sound of the torrential rain. It was a restorative sleep!

The staff were kind and helpful. There was a wedding and this really took over all the areas so we just stayed in our room as there really wasn’t anywhere we could be .

The water in tap and shower was just a trickle . We managed and did inform the staff about it but no comeback . No mobile data where our room was and the hotels WiFi was patchy but we did manage . The breakfast was very small with limited fruit for 2 people .

Really nice place to relax and enjoy the beach just a few steps from your room, the privacy make the experience even better in comparison with other beaches. Staff is very kind! Cons: Food is not that great for the price. There are some inconsistencies with the pictures you see at the app and the actual room. Extra charges for a “night party” we didn’t even attend, happening the last night before leaving, and staff wasn’t able to resolve the question.

The logistics were so well organised, we had a message about a transfer and accepted then we were on a boat then we were in our room and it was totally seamless. Likewise, I felt breakfast and food/drinks were too. Never got the wrong order. Food was also really great in our experience. Loved the fit breakfast and the Fenix burger in particular. Yes some things may be more expensive but it's an island experience like no other! Every cocktail was also perfectly made. We didn't meet one grumpy member of staff. It was Disney levels of smiling! You can see it takes a lot to keep the place tidy and they're constantly at it. Bed was massive, room was stylish, air con was fab.

The music was very loud which is fine for us and there was barking at night which was a little bit much. The pool was shut on our first day (awaiting a part which was promptly fitted!). We were also lucky with our room and some of the other bungalows weren't as good. BUT value ratio = nothing to complain about!

We LOVED our stay here. Beautiful setting on a nice breezy beach. Lovely staff who make really great cocktails. The dogs are so cute and friendly and love a cuddle. The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed and mosquito net. Breakfast was delicious, they bring you fruit and different pastries to start which are yummy followed by your choice of breakfast from the menu. The peacocks were a surprise but welcome addition too! The fire pit was such a nice evening setting along the music, chilling on comfy beanbags. We will miss this place and definitely be back!

We wouldn’t change anything hence why our rating is a 10/10 but slightly more variety on the evening dinner menu maybe? However, we are aware it is an island so it will be limited. The food that we did pick out, was delicious every time!!
