Like: The location and the food are amazing (there are vegan options but not so many), the beach is nice and there are fishes you can see, so it's very clean and quiet. There are electrical plugs on the beach. There are many options to have fun or to relax. The breakfast included has many options. Dislike: the food is a little bit pricey and sometimes they have long waiting times after ordering. The WiFi signal was not very good in my room. The boat to the island was charged (out of Booking) to me before my arrival to the hotel, but they had the option to charge in the hotel, so it seems there was a miscommunication among the staff.

The hotel was nestled in a tranquil, secluded area surrounded by lush greenery, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We were immediately captivated by the warm and inviting atmosphere that welcomed us upon arrival. The staff provided exceptional service, always attentive and eager to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Each moment was enhanced by the thoughtfully designed decor, which beautifully blended rustic charm with modern elegance, creating a cozy yet stylish ambiance throughout the property. Overall, our experience was one of relaxation and delight, leaving us eager to return.iful decor.

Although each meal was carefully crafted and delicious, we felt the menu could have included more options, particularly at breakfast. During our stay, we experienced a midnight rainstorm that led to a leak in the room's roof. Fortunately, I was able to move the nightstand out of the way of the water splashing onto my face. I quickly fell asleep to the soothing sound of the torrential rain. It was a restorative sleep!

The staff were kind and helpful. There was a wedding and this really took over all the areas so we just stayed in our room as there really wasn’t anywhere we could be .

The water in tap and shower was just a trickle . We managed and did inform the staff about it but no comeback . No mobile data where our room was and the hotels WiFi was patchy but we did manage . The breakfast was very small with limited fruit for 2 people .

Really nice place to relax and enjoy the beach just a few steps from your room, the privacy make the experience even better in comparison with other beaches. Staff is very kind! Cons: Food is not that great for the price. There are some inconsistencies with the pictures you see at the app and the actual room. Extra charges for a “night party” we didn’t even attend, happening the last night before leaving, and staff wasn’t able to resolve the question.

Everyone on the staff was great. The room was clean & had a cute balcony. The beach was peaceful — didn’t see any vendors on the hotel guest side. AC in room worked great. Fideua dinner was good.

Facilities are a bit worn, the toilet had a funky plastic seat that didn’t fit right, big hole in the mosquito net, no hot water, noisy boat engine or something running on the beach all morning.

The logistics were so well organised, we had a message about a transfer and accepted then we were on a boat then we were in our room and it was totally seamless. Likewise, I felt breakfast and food/drinks were too. Never got the wrong order. Food was also really great in our experience. Loved the fit breakfast and the Fenix burger in particular. Yes some things may be more expensive but it's an island experience like no other! Every cocktail was also perfectly made. We didn't meet one grumpy member of staff. It was Disney levels of smiling! You can see it takes a lot to keep the place tidy and they're constantly at it. Bed was massive, room was stylish, air con was fab.

The music was very loud which is fine for us and there was barking at night which was a little bit much. The pool was shut on our first day (awaiting a part which was promptly fitted!). We were also lucky with our room and some of the other bungalows weren't as good. BUT value ratio = nothing to complain about!

We LOVED our stay here. Beautiful setting on a nice breezy beach. Lovely staff who make really great cocktails. The dogs are so cute and friendly and love a cuddle. The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed and mosquito net. Breakfast was delicious, they bring you fruit and different pastries to start which are yummy followed by your choice of breakfast from the menu. The peacocks were a surprise but welcome addition too! The fire pit was such a nice evening setting along the music, chilling on comfy beanbags. We will miss this place and definitely be back!

We wouldn’t change anything hence why our rating is a 10/10 but slightly more variety on the evening dinner menu maybe? However, we are aware it is an island so it will be limited. The food that we did pick out, was delicious every time!!

The place is amazing, and the chill atmosphere really helps you relaxing. The staff was great, expecially the two coordinators, and the room with the little garden was wonderful. The beach is great, I loved to walk after dinner, and the pool is small but good.

The food was really good, but I would have appreciated a little more choices on the menu. Only later we discovered there was a special menu you can ask to the staff (I don't know if it was available only for dinner), but only some of the dishes were available on that (it could depend on the day). The only thing I didn't like was the guys trying to sell necklaces on the beach, they were a little too insisting. This is not the center of Cartagena, in a place like this you expect a peaceful experience.

We booked the beach house and it was simply gorgeous and great value for money. Super clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The staff are good, shoutout to Daniel and J-Lo who looked after us really well and had the most positive vibes! Also the transport manager Jacobo was brilliant helping us get to the port despite a couple of hiccups - excellent communication and again brilliant vibes! The food was excellent and considering there is nowhere else to eat nearby (that we saw), it really isn’t too expensive. There is a lovely chilled vibe in the evenings with lots of cute friendly dogs around a campfire with a dj. It felt really special. They keep the day pass guests in a separate area which is nice - doesn’t feel like they are taking over your hotel at all. Only ten mins from Cartagena by boat which they arrange (extra fee). Would recommend a few nights only as it’s pretty quiet, unless you’re in desperate need of a long chill out! Highly recommended.

Nothing to do with the property but just note the sea is quite stoney and was very rough in February, but they do a have a pool to cool off in which is more relaxing :)

Nice hotel on Tierra Bomba. My room was absolutely great: spacious, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, all very clean, surrounded by big trees which gives impression of being far away in the nature. The beach is nice, sandy, rather long, not overcrowded, with a nice view on Cartagena. The staff is efficient. Daniel was very helpful, he called my next hosts and helped me solve some issues. Food was very good (dinner) in a nice open area, breakfast was ok. Transport to and from the island was very well organised.

Breakfast could have been better, with more choice. The sea is not really inviting to enter into and swim as water is not very transparent (being close to the city) and is usually not calm.
