The service was grate they even allow us in to the room as soon as we got there, before the check in time, the room was clean, AC worked fine, and the WIFI was good also even considering that after a grate storm the cable internet service died, they were kind enough to provide an alternative WIFI system. Keep in mind that there is a small kitchen in the room with and inventory (check it), breakfast is not included, is a good value for your money but is not the DANN Hotel or Caribe Hotel and as in many hotels they have the electricity switch that works with the card that opens the door, but the staff is so great that they might work a solution for you.

It was clean, on a good location by the beaches in Bocagrande and the staff were all nice at the hotel

Before arriving we mentioned that we had accidentally booked the wrong dates and they were very argumentative and made us pay the day we didn’t stay there. Also our room didn’t look lien the photos and had no windows

The location was top notch—right across the street was access to the public beach.

The hotel is located on a busy street, so can be noisy at times. In addition, there was construction across which added to the noise.

Perfect value! Staff went way above and beyond! Really liked the location, the price, and the amenities!

The location was excellent and the staff was friendly.

The wifi connection was extremely bad and didn’t even work for a lot of the time.

The room got everything,clean beds, hob and fridge. Bathroom was very nice.

No parking Ground floor room next to the reception very noisy during the night

The guy on the reception was fantastic he would talk to you for ages and give you more information than a tour guide. We also needed a last minute extra night and the hotel was full but he juggled things around and was able to accommodate us. It's a good location just a few minutes walk to the caribe hotel. I found it comfortable and well priced.as it was one of the cheapest options on booking I was a bit sceptical but I'm happy I stayed there.
