Nice pool, clean rooms with comfy bed and smart TV. The staff were nice and helpful, I even left my Ray Ban sunglasses on a table when I left for another hotel - I came back 2 hours later and they had them behind the reception! It would have been easy to just keep them but they are good people!

There is nothing around this area, no beach access nearby and no restaurants. You have to get a taxi to Central Boca grande for any nice food.

The staff is amazing:friendly, attentive and caring. The structure is located in front of the Caribbean sea outside the bay so you can enjoy the view and the breeze. The bedroom was clean, with air-condition and very good local soap provided. The breakfast is rich and cooked at the moment. The pools and jacuzzi in front of the seaside are wonderful and you can enjoy relaxing time.

Just two things because everything else was perfect. The bedroom was in a corridor without windows open outside but just a small one on the corridor, so it was easily hot humid inside and the air condition hadn't the dry option that would have worked perfectly. The other thing is that at breakfast the juice is not natural, which is a pity considering the wonderful fruits available.

the location is amazing is next to the sea, you can hear the sea form the floor balcony, and heard it on your room but as a white noise to sleep.

they are quiet and was hard to get assitanse on the restaurant, they change they policies since the second time we ask for a glass of water they told us that we have to buy a bottle of water. we spoke with another waitress and she was so nice and she helpt us.

I did a solo trip, and I absolutely loved my room. It had a jacuzzi with a beautiful ocean view. I was able to journal, reflect, and be one with the Lord. Exactly what I came for. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. They spoiled me there. The staff was amazing. I travel a lot and this was one of the most accommodating hotel I've been too. And I'm usually a Hilton girl. Loved it here

Only thing was the hot water was inconsistent. It was Luke warm and I like to shower in boiling hot water. Lol

Great staff and facilities, the location was also perfect for a relaxing time a little far from the noise of the city. Definitely recommend to stay here if you are looking for a quiet and calm stay as a solo traveller.

I pretty much liked everything as the hotel staff were very accommodating and kind. Perhaps one thing that could be improve is the time limits for communal areas as there was a party one of the nights by other residents and it was pretty loud until 3am.

The staff were great, so kind and always willing to help meet your needs and give you the best experience, almost could say I became best friends with all of them. Breakfast was delicious, it was both self service (for fruits and drinks) and with a menu that includes 5 meal options, if you love arepas I highly recommend you order the "Reina Cartagenera". On another note, the pictures on the app display perfectly how the hotel is, they keep the common areas very clean, the pool is cleansed every morning and the rooms every afternoon, they bring brand new towels each time and the rooms are left smelling nice. Despite being a small cozy hotel, it's super comfortable, it was perfect for us because it felt as private as we wanted it to be. The location is great for a leisure trip as it is so close to one of Cartagena's main public beach that you can walk there on your own. They have a touring company right in front of the hotel so you'll be able to schedule the activities you'd like to do with them.

Just 3 things to have in mind: 1. We didn't have a safe box in the room. 2. We read they have access to a private beach, which is really just access directly to the sea walking down some rocky stairs (not very safe to get in but it's still a nice spot for pictures and/or to just enjoy the view). 3. This one didn't bother us but just as complementary info, it's location is amazing if you want to be far from the constant transit and noise in the city, but it's a bit far from the downtown so if you wish to go for a walk there you will need private transportation to get you there.

Pool area was stunning, food was good, and the barman (whose name I can't spell) was exceptional: not only was he super handsome and friendly but paid incredible attention to detail - I mentioned in passing I'd need a taxi to the airport at 3am and he organised with the front desk for them to make sure I was awake and ready for it.

No window in the bedroom so it was just a little black box which was a bit depressing

There is no beach. It come up on the water but it is all jagged rocks. The pool is small but comfortable and not a lot of people there. The outdoor Jacuzzi really doesn’t work very well.

The rooms are clean with air conditioning, staff is very friendly and doesn't ask for anything - they are professional. Breakfast is served daily and there are a few choices of meals which is convenient. If you speak English the staff tries to help and even the cleaning people will use a translator to communicate with you. It was a very good stay, pools are nice, and the view of the ocean is very beautiful.

You can hear the staff preparing and cooking below the second floor which may bother some.

It was very clean, the staff was super friendly. The breakfast that is included it’s good.

The location is a 15 minute ride from the city center, you need to take uber or taxi constantly.
