The apartment and location are perfect , the view is great and spotless , the only bad point is the management who ask for your documents previously was f your check in from many numbers (very disorganized) what’s make you feel like scam , upon arrival the person in the office wants to cancel the reservation because it was missing a document which never informed us even when we sent all of them, it’s a pity but these kind of things make you feel dissatisfied

great location and positioned on the property that you see both the Caribbean sea and the city past the bay and harbor.

The hot water pressure was extremely poor. Only a dribble in the master shower and the guest shower was barely strong enough to wet you hair.

The location was guest, friendly, and the staff was amazing. Location was great.

It did not have a safe where you can secure your passport and your important documents and money

the location is great, the apartments are quite big. perfect for big groups.

the cleaning is not good. specially on the bathrooms . they don’t clean properly after one check out. the maintenance of the apartments in general is not good. a few light bulbs were not working, the fridge also very old and broken. some walls had cracks. I was in another apartment last years and it was much better. unfortunately you can not see pictures of the apartment once you select one.

Location and views were excellent.

The elevator wait can be LOOONG and there was a definite odor in the bathrooms of the flat.

They didn’t give us the wifi password for a few days- we had to ask five times. The only problem we had was pretty small

The so called breakfast was the worst I've had in Colombia so far.no drink,no choices just dry eggs and a piece of bread. Oh yes,and a quarter cup of coffee.

Perfect location, nearby a beach, restaurants etc. Staff is attentive, and Marco is always helpful.

Sometimes there are long waiting lines for the elevators, and one of the three elevators never works. No cool air inside either, feels like a sauna.

We arrived early and were unable to check in because it was "not 3PM". We asked to leave our bags so we could go to eat. We sat for 45 minutes waiting and the rental staff did not return. We found another solution to store out bags with the condo staff so we could go to eat. The rental staff were not very helpful.
