The reception staff were very kind and very nice to me, everyone was helpful, they gave me an early check in, and even though the hotel is not a 5 star hotel, they treated me very nicely, and made me feel at home. My room was large, the tv worked well, the housekeeping was good. Brian arranged an Island tour for me, my laundry was done on time. Breakfast was basic, but good enough for me. The WiFi worked well, and I felt safe at their hotel.

I cannot complain, from the checkin lady to the manager and to Brian, they made me feel very welcome at their hotel. I always read the reviews on hotels, some are good and some are bad, however I was very happy staying there.

Good location, close to the big Hilton. There's a not so bad beach close by (don't forget to haggle with the sellers if you wanna buy something). The check in process is smooth and they accept a late check out for a fee. The price is relatively affordable.

The hotel is small and kinda old. The rooms have a weird setup where there's a bunch of empty space. The bathroom is a bit old, but it does the job. There's also no elevator but there's just a few floors so it's not a problem.

I've stayed here many times before. I can always trust that there will be good service and an exceptional attitude from the staff. The accommodations while basic are always absolutely pristine and their rooms and beds are large and comfortable. Has the location is excellent and the building and rooms are spotless. Their cleaning staff does a wonderful job. The Wi-Fi is strong and stable so I was able to work from the room.

Good breakfast and ladies serving were always friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Neighbourhood very safe to walk around, even late at night. Liked the hotel last year so this is the second time staying here. Didn't use the hotel wifi as I had 40 GB on my phone to use up in a week.

Room 226 was at the end of the hallway. Hot water not always available. The security door latch needs to be repaired. Room didn't have a safe and windows didn't open.

I love the breakfast room, the room itself, the breakfast food itself and the staff-all very good. Nice check-in and check-out too. Thank you !

Everything was almost perfect except I did have one bad experience immediately after I made my reservation on booking.com- the hotel sent me 'automatic' messages asking for immediate payment when the arrangement had already been stipulated as pay-on-arrival. This was really annoying AND unhelpful.

location for historic town is poor, only one road in and out of the peninsula shower luke warm and shower head’s broken no curtains in room so like sleeping in the street under the sun (this was resolved at my request) noise every night from bus waiting outside Hilton opposite at 10pm consistently No international English news channels on tv breakfast service slow at snails pace

It’s essentially located closer to Hilton and all the beaches.

The property is a bit dated. The breakfast is just the basics. And the pool is a little small. But all in all it is a great value.

The whole staff was just so kind and so nice I try to get everyone's name personally thank them. Is exceptional location. I have been treated so well I want to thank them all.

twice the breakfast was great but a couple times it wasn't. No one spoke English in the breakfast, so I had to bug people to help me. I wish they didn't have that bologna and had ham. I liked it when they had the spiced rice with the eggs and the homemade soup the soup is the best I only had it once. Other times the food wasn't good. Sometimes I forget to bring your fruit. Everyone was very nice though they did the best they could. I'm sure. It's so clean. People are so smart here. They always make you feel welcome. I am sad to leave.

Nice large comfortable room, close to many restaurants, close to a couple of beaches, close to a lagoon where there was good birding. Breakfast was good. Shower was good. Bed very comfortable. Having a small fridge was great.

When we first arrived, very late, the young man at the desk was very, very unfriendly. To the point of being rude. Not one greeting. No hint of a smile. No explanation of anything. I don't know what assumptions he was making about me and my companion, but we both talked about it for the rest of our stay. Luckily everyone else was friendly and helpful.

It’s greatly located. The rooms are comfortable and the staff do their best to help, english is not spoken well though. You can also enjoy the cozy pool when you get tired of sandy beaches
