Location was great - a short walk to the boardwalk area and downtown. Plus, next to the local catholic church (less crime). The architecture was cute and from the top (where the pool is located) there is a great view of the sunsets. There's an avocado tree growing over part of the pool. Breakfast is good, and you can order American or Tico style breakfast which is included in the room cost.

Rooms are small, so if you're planning to stay in your room all day, it's not spacious. However, the rooms are clean and I didn't see any bugs sneaking around. The parking lot is tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. But, staff can help you navigate out. Lastly, the pool itself needs some TLC as some of the tile work is coming loose in a couple areas. Still, it's nice for cooling down and there's an outdoor shower up there, eating spaces and restrooms and the view, of course.

Staff was kind and professional ! the breakfast was okay. The rooms are fresh and the bed comfortable. There is an AC AND a fan in the room. The reception makes you wear a bracelet so the security guard can identify the guests and it made us feel a bit safer. The staff are also very helpful if you need a spoon, you need to take the bus or the AC doesn't work anymore even if you need a nail appointment they have an answer to everything ! thank you so much.

A lot of restaurants and shops in Quepos are closed on sundays. So having an option to borrow forks or knife (to cut fruits) and even plates ( and maybe a microwave?) would have helped us preparing our sunday meals better.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, hot water, good a/c, the staff were really helpful. The girls working in the restaurant were very efficient.

WiFi not the best from the third floor, there was a degree of noise from the road. The hotel is on an intersection.

The low price and proximity to Manuel Antonio makes this hotel a good option for a traveler on a budget. The included breakfast is a nice touch. The AC works great. The rooftop pool is fun.

The parking area is quite cramped and can be tricky to navigate. Our room had a window but all you could see was a wall in front of the window. There were broken tiles in the bathroom, and the shower had no hot water.
