Cesar was an incredible host from beginning to end. This was our best stay in Costa Rica for a number of reasons but mostly because Cesar went the extra mile to make it awesome. On our arrival he sat with us and went through a map of the area and offered us really useful tips for food, drink and tours. The room we had was incredibly clean, large and had nice amenities! Definitely great value for the price. Having been in the jungle for a few days, he was also able to help us with our laundry and this was completed rapidly! Now to the most special part of our stay - we had mentioned that we really wanted to find somewhere to try empanadas de frijoles and Cesar and his family offered to make us some from scratch and invited us round to have coffee and empanadas with his lovely family. This was a truly special gesture and one we will never forget! The empanadas were delicious by the way - there’s nothing like home cooked food. They even showed us how to make some so we’ll be trying this back at home. Thank you so so much for our wonderful stay and making such a huge effort for us. We are truly grateful and if we ever get the chance to return we will be sure to stay with you! 100 per cent recommend this place!!

the best thing about Sunrise was the host… a really charming young man … who could not do enough to make us feel at home and comfortable…. the room was clean and comfortable…. the location perfect… so close to the bus stop to Manuel Antonio… and Quepos bud station… the owner has some great plans … and real pride in what he does …. we highly recommend this place for a great stay in Quepos

The host for this room is a really sweet guy. I booked this place last minute and the room was clean and ready upon arrival. I liked the stone bathtub and how close it was to Quepos. The host was also very helpful in trying to help me find transportation to my next destination. I appreciated how attentive he was to my needs during my stay especially as a solo traveler. His help really put me at ease.

Everything was super clean and prepared. If you looking for some comfy accomodation in Quepos and also close to Manuel Antonio (10 minutes by car) this is what you looking for! The host Cesar is a great guy, he tells you everything you need to know about Manuel Antonio, what to do there and also about Quepos. Never seen anyone so friendly!

Such a nice host and a very hygienic place. Highly recommended! Cesar did everything to make it a pleasant stay. From giving a ride to Monteverde (4 hours away) to provide an extra room to a traveller I’ve met in San Jose. A very pleasant stay!

Comfortable room, nicely decorated, nice bathroom, private parking inside the property, supportive and friendly host, bus stop to easily get to Manuel Antonio at 2 minutes walk from the house

The host communicates pleasantly.The host explained where and what to find in the city. On the last day, we had fun chatting over a cup of coffee.

Cesar is a very friendly host. He was very supportive and he did his best to welcome us. Nice tips about restaurants and trips away from the beaten treks. We highly recommend the place.

The bed is a bit noisy....kkkkk

Close to the center but very quiet. We even heard the monkeys in the morning. The hosts are very friendly and Cesar even explained us what can be done in the area.
