It's an excellent hotel, with spacious comfortable rooms. Comfortable beds. 24 hour front desk help, very friendly. Very good breakfast. It is close to central park, as advertised. I can only speak to my room, but the bathroom was bigger and more comfortable than most. Excellent shower.

The restaurant was closed on Sunday, and if Booking did inform me of that, it was in fine print, and I didn't see it. I was disappointed because the menu looks great and I wanted to try it. More a gripe with the advertising than the hotel. Also not really a complaint, but something to be aware of. If you want to go into the main part of town, you need to cross the busy main highway on foot or take a taxi.

The staff was friendly and attentive to my concerns. Air conditioning was working well and the pool was very clean and wonderful. The breakfast was very good and the location is peaceful after a long day.

Everything was great. The chairs in the dining room need to be replaced . They are uncomfortable. The bed mattress was not comfortable.

The breakfast was really nice with several options to chose from. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the pool. The menu for lunch and dinner was also good, with a large variety of options to chose from, also for vegetarians.

The room where we stayed was nice but in my opinion the shower needs some attention, we noticed some mold around the edges. Also the towels we got they were of very poor quality.

The hotel is a hidden oasis in the center of Pérez Zeledon. We were delighted with the attraction of the native birds that the staff feed fruit so you can view them while seated for dinner, drinks or the pool. The linens were so clean, fresh, as you expect. Everything worked well. Nothing was broken down or signs of neglect. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The security was reassuring so you can relax. The location allows you to escape the busy of the city but easily access by walking everything you need: gas, restaurants, church, pharmacy, shopping for anything, fresh food markets. I had haircut and nails done nearby. The staff are happy and you can see the guests are enjoying facilities. The design is well planned. The bathroom sink and mirror are outside of shower so no steamed mirror or waiting for sink if someone is using shower or toilet. Great attention to detail. I could see people could work from this facilities remotely and be very well equipped.Children are welcome. The pool was refreshing. Accessible for people with limited mobilty. Hot water was excellent. The restaurant was delicious. I enjoyed a great chicken soup. Great place! I will definitely use Zima as my hotel in San Isidro.

We were completely satisfied. Some people may have found the highway noise disturbing at night but I think the hotel has made an incredible place to stay on the panamerican highway. I doubt anywhere else in San Isidro can offer this oasis so close to a city and highway. I didn't mind highway noise but if you are light sleeper ask for rooms on ground floors.

Staff, including restaurant staff, were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The grounds were well maintained. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is well kept although the other couple we were traveling with had to change rooms twice....once because of the room smell and once because of the mattress being lumpy. The staff are great. Breakfast was great. Basically B+ even A- just a few wrinkles to sort out. We only stayed jne night and would have probably inquired elsewhere if we needed a longer stay in town.

Large comfortable room (we had room with a king size bed). Small pool with decking is a nice place to relax. Decent breakfast included, although you do have to choose between coffee or juice rather than both which seems a bit stingy. You can walk into town easily for restaurants/shops.

Nice, very clean Hotel, pretty central location, but still very quiet. The rooms are excellent, especially the newly renovated ones. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were asking for a refrigerator and they immediately organized one. The food in the restaurant is also delicious. The owner is around all the time and you can see that everything is well organized.
