Beautiful resort consisting of 9 villas and restaurant with pool built on a hillside above the ocean that makes you feel like you're living in the treetops in the rainforest - lots of birds all around including toucans and other colourful species, iguanas etc. Ocean view with lovely sunsets from each villa a from the pool. Villas are spacious, with wide beds and big bathroom including outside shower. Very good breakfast and also dinners at restaurant were really tasty. Friendly staff. You can walk to the beach (Playa Hermosa).

The noise from the main road was unexpected and spoils a bit the stays, especially trucks disturb sleep all night. Of course, the accomodation cannot do anything about this, but I have to mention it.

Amazing views. We saw white faced capuchin monkeys and all sorts of birds (including hummingbirds and tucans) from our very clean and comfortable room. Very kind and helpful staff. They were even patient with my Spanish :-) The restaurant had good food. The best Gallo Pinto we had during our trip so far. We can definitely recommend the stay!

The price being a little more than $300/night seemed too high. Otherwise we can’t say anything negative.

We had 6 of the 8 rooms and were the only ones there that we know of. This is an adult only hotel, which was great! The rooms, pool, restaurant/bar, spa and the views are amazing! We saw White faced capuchin monkeys and Howler monkeys in the trees above the pool. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It is very clean, quiet and secluded. This is in the rainforest so you will see insects, iguanas, monkeys and other wildlife. Each room has an indoor and outdoor shower. This was fun! loved the balcony! The manager was very nice and accommodating - I felt like he never slept as it seemed like he was always there. The kitchen cooked an amazing breakfast and even started 30 minutes earlier for us so we can get on the road to drive to Playa Hermosa. The gentleman serving breakfast was great! Gabriel in the bar was nice and helpful. ** When traveling please remember to tip - they do a lot for guests and they deserve it! ** We took a shuttle to Dominical and ate at Fuego!! We highly recommend it! We also took a shuttle to Nauyaca Waterfalls and had a great time! This was a great experience. Thank you Tiki Villas!

The ONLY thing that was wrong was the beds were too hard, however, if that was the only thing wrong - who cares. We were in an amazing hotel! Please fix the entry to the parking lot so shuttles and vans can drop off guests without bottoming out. :) Thank you.

Lovely quiet, relaxing place to use as a home base for Uvita & Playa Hermosa area. The breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable (huge fan of the in-room espresso machine). We saw capuchin monkeys from our window!

I would recommend this property not only because of the amazing location and its beauty, but the exceptional customer service. Keven ( guest services manager) is charismatic, helpful, professional and funny as hell. He will make your stay memorable. I enjoyed the breathtaking views in the morning, delicious breakfast. Most importantly, the outdoor shower my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed :) Whenever we come back to the pacific side, we will be stopping by..

The villas are located on the hill side overlooking the sea and surrounded by rain forest. The view from our villa’s deck was fantastic. The hotel has an infinity pool, with the same unbelievable view; having a cold beer as you cool off in the pool, was definitely a daily highlight. The restaurant offered a range of meals and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The villas were located separately and you were not overlooked. Due to the steepest of the approach road, suggest 4x4 car….

Amazing views and food, the staff was really helpful and kind. Ask for the top rooms there is the best view. The room is realy nice, beds really confortable. And we have seen a couple of Tucans near the pool

You need a car to move from the hotel to the beach, and you will need a 4WD. The parking and the room access is not near, handicaps maybe will need help

Such a relaxing stay! Lodges are spacious with floor to ceiling windows , kitchen and an extra outside shower. Restaurant is intimate - just 8 tables, fabulous fresh fish and vegetables. A romantic place.

Surprised how much traffic noise makes it up this high, but we slept very well.

The location and hotel are fantastic The villa was really well appointed, with a large balcony & outdoor shower. Lovely open dining room, great food option& superb breakfast, whilst watching the Toucans & other wildlife. Keven and his team were welcoming and so helpful. We had top notch massage at the spa & would wholly recommend this.

Amazing view from the bungalows, and also from the restaurant, and pool. Quiet, nice place with birds around, between Uvita and Dominical ( on half way about), really nice and friendly staff. Very big portions of good cocktails and nice foods! :)

The bathroom needs a little updating , because you don't feel that clean it.
