All the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. It is located right by the beach and a short walk from the boats/town, someone from the hotel greeted and walked us there from the boat. Tortugero is absolute paradise and staying here helped with that. It has a bar, restaurant & pool. It has partner tour companies as well which is helpful. The staff made you feel like family. Good air con and fan in the room with a comfortable bed and probably the best shower we have used since arriving in Costa Rica. There was not any noise overnight. Highly recommend.

Loved everything. The only suggestion I would make is that a chair is added in the room to make the desk/table more usable.

The staff is really friendly and the hotel is nice over all. The beach is very close, although it isn't recommended to swim there but we enjoyed walks along the beach. The location is good. Restaurants and activities are a few steps away but not too far. The breakfast is good and offers different options. The room has AC which helps to dry clothes and towels. The cleaning Staff made two swans out of the Towels (on the bed) which we found very nice and cute!

The price was rather high for what the room offered (small room with a rather big bed and a small bathroom). (About 60$/night)

We loved this colourful hotel! Staff were so lovely and friendly, helped us book tours and transfers. It is right next to the beach and National Park Jaguar trail so close to see wildlife on the beach and in the National park. A short walk from the main street and the pool was so nice to have a cool down when it was a hot day. Rooms are spacious, have air-con, very clean. The cleaner also brought us clean towels. Breakfast and dinner were also delicious. We would recommend: Turtle tour, night tour and kayak tour. We had the best time and didn't want to leave.

Great location, breakfast ok (Costa Rica specialty or pancakes). Easy to book with the hotel tours ahead of time or on the spot. Great guides very knowledgeable (thanks Ricardo!) AC in the room. Swan bath towels on the bed :)

A blanket. Yes it is hot and stuffy in costa rica BUT there was only a very thin sheet on top of the bed (there was another very thin sheet on the mattress), instead of a blanket so with the AC working (fine for husband) it was freezing for me. So busy doing tours that we never did find time to ask at the reception.

The staff was incredibly helpful with helping me organize all sorts of activities and my transport in and out of the island. The breakfast was simple yet delicious. I really felt like the hotel cared about my needs. Bonus is a very cute cat that has elected the hotel as ita home.

It's not exactly the hotel's fault, but be ready for power outages during the rainy season. Also, it was a bit hard getting used to finding the place from the main road. It could be helpful for the hotel to hand out a map to help people navigate.

It is in front of the sea and next to the park entrance. I thought I wouldn't use the pool but it worked out to be mandatory to swim! Humidity is high in Tortuguero. Good patio for each room. The room has the essentials, like beds and a shelf however, being on the Tortuguero you would realize that they live with the minimum things. I thought it was a plus. The kitchen is clean and the food was tasty. The gallo pinto is delicious and the chef is very good at her job. They do laundry if you need.

It is not due to the hotel, but at night you walk 200 metres in the dark to reach the hotel from the main road. The dinner's choices are limited to three options. There is no hot water.

Really friendly and helpful staff who booked tours for us. The tours were great, would highly recommend the morning canoe trip. We had to cut our stay short which was very unfortunate as we would have loved to have stayed for longer. AC was great and very much needed. We also used the laundry service which was fast and fairly priced. Great gallo pinto at breakfast too.

It was a great stay! Really amazing that it was located right on the beach for a beautiful sunrise. Silvia helped us a lot by giving us a wheelchair-accessible room. The hotel was also perfectly accessible by wheelchair. The food was delicious, and we were able to book two wonderful excursions through the hotel. Joël did a great job! Highly recommended.

Very sweet hotel with extraordinarily friendly staff, great star fruit juice, very clean, good air condition (recommended :)), little nice pool and beautiful beach. Extraordinarily well organized! The hotel sent perfect information about where to park and how to get to the ferry. Both at the Parking lot and the ferry Harbour at tortuguro there were hotel guides to support with payment, directions etc. It was easy to prebook tours, we liked the kayak morning tour a lot. Do bring cash.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and made sure you felt at home with them. If it was raining it was relaxing to just stay on the property to read a book and chill on a couch. Food was also good. Loved it. Pura Vida!

If you have a suitcase you will have to carry it for a bit because the last part to the accommodation isn’t paved. Bring a backpack. Easier.
