The host met us at the apartment with homemade goodies. What a pleasant way to be greeted. She used translation on her phone which made communicating much easier. The apartment was very clean and provided everything needed. The evenings are cool with a nice breeze so no need for air conditioner. It is close to a bakery and market within a couple blocks. The Plitvice park is about 15 minutes away. It was very comfortable for five people.

Milka is an excellent host - and an expert user of Google Translate for communication. The apartment is comfortable and very convenient for the centre of Karlovac. (It's quite a walk from where the long-distance bus drops you, but that is because the stop is on the very edge of town). Beware that there seems to be only one 24/7 ATM in Karlovac, so do better than us and remember to bring cash to pay for the apartment in case (as for us) the machine refuses your card.

Milka was so very kind and the apartment was beautiful, clean, and cosy. Milka was quick to help with any questions we had. My children were very happy to stay there. Highly recommend! Location was great. Close to Plivitice Lakes.

We stayed a family of 4 people, Milka the host was very nice and helpful. The apartment was convenient and we could park near the stairs leading up to the apartment. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Very nice place. Fully equipped with everything you need. A very friendly and helpful host. If you are in Korenica you should consider this accommodation.

The cordiality and smile of the hostess are amazing. The extrymly clean and very well eqipment apartament give reall pleasure of the stay in Koternica. Wonderfull view for Pliešvica and the clossnes of National Park of Plitvizkie Jezera make this place fantastic.

We only stayed one night.We have received such a warm welcome,we got whole top floor with plenty of space,very clean and tidy.Our host Milka was lovely and welcoming.

Good apartment with private parking. Nice location, near Plitvice national park. Warm welcome.

A little language barrier.

In winter time it is wonderful when you get such a warm welcome from your host, and the apartment was warmed up too. It was comfy and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. It's a 15 minute drive from Plitvice lakes and skiing site Mukinje, and very close to a great restaurant Macola.

The TV had only satelite programs in german, but it might have others that we didn't find. It was my mistake I didn't ask mrs Mikla for help.

Had a great time! Apartment is spacious. Beds are comfortable. Host is absolutely lovely.
