Breakfast was continental with fresh bread and yummy cheese and ham omelets. Loads of fresh fruit, cold meats, cheese, yogurt and cereal. Good coffee machine and tea were available. Sitting out looking over the sea was a magical way to start the day.

The location right on the Novigad Sea was amazing, and made it a great place for a relaxing and quite holiday. We didn't hire a car, with a direct 20 minute transfer to the hotel from the airport. The town was only a short walk, which had some nice places to eat, although the hotel restaurant was very good. The hotel were very helpful in arranging a coach tour to the Plitvice Lakes National Park - picking us up and dropping back to the hotel. The hotel also found us a local ride into Zada and Novigrad as the bus service was running outside the times we needed. The local hire car was cheaper than Bolt or Uber who were unwilling to come out to the hotel as it was 30km from Zadar.

Amazing location with good connection to Zagreb and Zadar by bus. Private beach with chairs and umbrellas included in the stay - free of charge. Good buffet breakfast. The restaurant and bar available at the property at any time until 11pm. Great food and reasonable prices. We had a junior suite - newly renovated with 2 rooms, 2 balconies with sea view and 2 bathrooms. Very clean suite with quiet AC’s. Great value for money. Extremely nice and helpful staff that speak English and German. Transfer to places nearby are promptly organised

The location was idyllic. The apartment was very comfortable with a huge balcony and an amazing sea view. We loved the beach terrace with steps down into the sea. The buffet breakfast was very tasty with gluten free options and the restaurant served delicious meals at very reasonable prices. The staff looked after us well. Nothing was too much trouble. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is on a hillside so there are lots of steps. A bit tricky for those of us who are not as young as we used to be!

Everything was over our expectations. The view from our big balcony was gorgeous. The room was clean, and they cleaned it every day, including changing the bed sheets and towels. The way that the air conditioning was functioning was great. The personal was very kind and thier beach was a beautiful calm place to stay, relax and swim in the sea. The food was ok, not the best, but everything is so perfect in general that this was such a little aspect that for us didn't matter.

The hotel has two buildings, one with more expensive rooms and one with cheaper rooms. Our room was a junior suite and lived up to its name. The hotel has its own private beach. On the beach, you can go directly into the water, so you don't have to walk around rocks and use water shoes. There are umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach, free of charge. The hotel has a restaurant with a very large selection and the food prices are reasonable. The breakfast was included in the price and was such a good average. The hotel is located from Zadar in the direction of Plitvice, i.e. an ideal stop for those who plan to visit Plitvice National Park just coming from Split-Zadar. One small observation - if booking shows free rooms, you can get a better price on the spot than through booking.

The only thing to complain about right now is the coffee on the breakfast table. It was very poor. I don't understand why Croatian hotels can't offer proper bean coffee at the breakfast table.

We liked the breakfast and the location. The AC was very good and worked properly. The interior design of the room was also nice.

The double bed was two seperate beds put together. So in the middle of the beds there was a wooden part which was uncomfortable to sleep on. The towels and furniture were a bit dirty and outdated. Also the showerhead was leaking and not working properly.

The little beach was great to relax. Food in the restaurant was great as were all restaurant staff

Be good to have beach towels for hire and tea and coffee in the rooms. Room cleaning was minimal bottles left etc. The double bed is 2 singles pushed together we aren't used to that

it wasn’t about the property itself but unfortunately the weather wasn’t cooperating during our stay last week; cold and rainy so we couldn’t enjoy the private beach at all.

The hotel is a little remote in Posedarje, so I would only recommend a few nights or a car. Dinning in the hotel restaurant for both lunch and dinner for several days got a little tedious, but the food was fine.

Exceptional property and location! Everything was excellent, the hosts were the best, special thanks to Željka and Stipe! Our room had beautiful sea view with terrace overlooking the beach. Room was excellent, very clean and spacious with all the things you could possibly need! Breakfast was also very good!
