The location is ideal. I did not have a car and the city sights, museums and restaurants were within walking distance. Mambo beach is 10 mins taxi drive away and about 40 mins walk back. The suites are well kept and properly furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The view was great. The poolside food was very good. The staff at the hotel were particularly helpful and kind, especially Cailin at the Reception desk. The staff are also very kind to the fauna around the location. I spent more time at the hotel than outdoors on this trip (probably 60%) and the time at the hotel Enabled me to relax in a quiet environment. Yet, when I wanted I could go to the poolside bar to relax in a fun atmosphere.

My expectations were met and exceeded. I am glad I selected this hotel.

I was luckily in one of the newer apartments at the back, which were lovely. It was a spacious apartment and the bed was very comfortable. Great kitchen facilities and amazing balcony. The staff at reception were very friendly and the cleaning staff were very friendly.

The door on my apartment didn't lock all the time, which made me quite nervous as a female in an apartment alone. I had to check my door when leaving, and there were several times it didn't lock. Also, there was no tea towel in the kitchen, and towels were taken from the bathroom but not always replaced during cleaning. Some of the bar staff need training, especially with cocktail making. Some of my colleagues were given badly made cocktails.

I loved the location the room is amazing specious and clean , the house keeping lady was so nice to me,I came after 10pm and my room was ready for me loved it.

Well this wasn't a real issue but something to fix, the room had only bed sheets no cover and the tv in the room was not working it didn't had cable nor the wifi connection to the TV didn't connected because the TV is outdated.

Staff were amazing and helpful, really caring and we had some great meals and drinks by the pool. Pool was big and very clean with ample seating. Plenty of parking, hiring a car is a must. Rooms were cleaned everyday Food and drink prices were quite reasonable for the island

Value for money was a little limited, no fridge in the room, one temperature for the showers, internet wavered at times Location quite far from the main part of town, a decent walk in

It was excellent, I highly recommend this hotel, reading some comments we were not sure about it, but we had a pleasant surprise. If you want the top experience you should book the bigger rooms, they are ideal for 7 day stays. The breakfast was very good and the pool is perfect. I think that your impression of this hotel will change depending on which type of room you choose.

Location was great close to everything I had to do. good value for my money everyone was friendly. check in was a breeze and so was check out will stay again when I travel to Curaçao. the security Alvin was wonderful and service at the restaurant was great both breakfast and lunch

The location, basically in town The staffs were very friendly and willing to help especially front desk clerk Francis, making the guest happy and satisfied was her priority. She went over and beyond to help and with a smile. She will brightened anyone's stay.

We stayed at the residence, didn't have everything in the unit like iron, hairdryer but they were available at the front desk. I was in doubt about the breakfast before I booked but it was good.

The room was big, the staff helpful, kettle in the room, the pool area was nice

No hot water, jacuzzi in the pool area didn't work, the location without a car was a bit problematic - a lot of walking to get to the city center along the street, the check out time too early (11am), the check it time quite late (4pm). No free drinking water.

There was a large variety of items for the buffet breakfast. Housekeepers came daily which maintained cleanliness. Staff was very helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend. We stayed at the Deluxe Suite.

The location was super easy to find, and very close to CuracaoMarine where we keep and work on our boat, so this was very important for us. The place has a great history, it used to be an ice cream factory converted into a hotel, apartments and even a hostel, so something for every budget. The room was exceptionally large, with three beds, a sofa, table for two, large cupboard and a kitchenette. The AC worked very well. The bathroom was clean, the towels and bedsheets were changed regularly, the room was cleaned every day. There was a pool near our room, and a very large one designed like a beach a few meters further away, with a bar. The staff were incredibly friendly, they put up with us even though we lost our room card very often. All in all, it was the best place we stayed in Curacao and we would recommend it to everyone.

Only the shower in the bath did not have a hose, it was a fixed shower, but OK nevertheless.
