I had a fantastic stay at Amara Hotel! The room was beautiful—spacious, comfortable, and spotless—and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern yet relaxed, making it easy to unwind. Room service was prompt and courteous, and the breakfast spread was impressive in both quality and variety. A special highlight was how they made my birthday feel truly memorable: I was greeted with a glass of prosecco at breakfast, and later that evening, they surprised me with a bottle of prosecco and a birthday cake delivered right to my room. Such thoughtful gestures made the experience feel extra special. Also worth mentioning are the hotel’s on-site restaurants—each of them excellent in their own way, with distinct styles and top-notch cuisine - Locatelli, Nobu Matsuhisa and Nerea Highly recommended!

One thing to be aware of—though not the hotel’s responsibility—is the area outside the resort. Once you step off the grounds, you’ll notice quite a bit of unmaintained land and a lack of cohesive building standards, which can be a bit jarring in contrast to the elegance of the hotel. Still, once inside Amara, you’re truly in a beautiful and serene world of its own. Highly recommended!

Very stylish hotel, fully equipped with spa, outdoor and indoor pool. Very attentive staff members and very clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to choose from. Room was cleaned twice a day and the pool area was staffed at all times for every need.

The only thing that really disappointed me that we were told our flight got pushed by an hour and asked to stay in the room for an hour longer. The hotel was not fully booked and we were told they cannot let us stay the extra hour. Only after long conversation with the clerk did he allow us to stay. That ended our stay with a bitter taste.

Just everything!!!!! The hotel is new, clean, full of top restaurants. The team is kind and great! The pool team Mr. Chadi and Mr. Gregori were so nice to us, welcoming, doing everything with smile on the face! We could ask for anything and they would do that without thinking twice! Very very kind stuff all over the hotel. Matuhisha restaurant is just wow! The beefbar has deserts of once in a life… Rooftop is so chill to sit and has great snacks! The breakfast is great with lots of choices. We loved the fact that there is no issue with origin and all this. The team is welcoming everyone and just nice to everyone! The people coming to the hotel are also very nice publicity.

Modern very comfortable hotel with a wonderful view of the sea. The whole design is superb. I would also like to mention the high quality of food and the service in the Italian restaurant and in the restaurant Beef Bar. Everything was superb.

My main comments are related to the breakfast. In a 5 star hotel of this level you would expect the same high level of breakfast. But..Very limited choice of dishes especially if you stay more then 2-3 days. I would also expect a better quality of food.

We loved our stay at the Amara Hotel! The spacious and spotlessly clean rooms provided a great relaxing environment after a day of exploring. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable—everyone was attentive and incredibly friendly, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful, with exceptional amenities that cater to every need you might have. The breakfast at Amara was phenomenal, deserving a rating of 15 out of 10 stars! There was a fantastic variety of delicious options that exceeded all our expectations. A special shoutout to Marious (apologies if misspelled) for his exemplary service and attention. We'd also like to extend our gratitude to Rosa and Artemis, and ALL the front desk staff for their unparalleled helpfulness and courtesy. A special thanks to the staff for the wonderful anniversary surprise they arranged in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. From start to finish, our experience at Amara was outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a touch of luxury and a truly comfortable stay. A very exclusive and beautiful hotel. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and rich. The restaurants are outstanding, especially the Grill Bar, which offers top-quality meat. The spa is relaxing, with high-quality treatments, and the adjacent pool provides peace and tranquility away from the crowds at the other pools. A truly luxurious and enjoyable vacation – a highly recommended hotel.

Everything was excellent

The aesthetics of Amara are a true architectural feat. There wasn't a single design and decor taste error. Of course it helps if you like the luxury contemporary look. All materials used are crafted with excellence. Every corner of Amara contains well thought through details which surprise you at every turn. It's so wonderful and playful too. The views are incredible and make you feel upgraded when you step into one. The pools are wonderfully built to separate guests from one another, on a series of terraced platforms scattered about the back sea facing gardens; the restaurants are full of very well trained staff at your beck and call. Nobu Matsuhisa's very popular and refined Japanese Peruvian fusion restaurant has its own entrance around the corner but still attached to the hotel (as a guest there's a secret passage to it!. The concierge knows you by name and room (207 rooms!) and can make reservations for you anywhere at the bat of an eyelid. Nothing ever seems like a problem. The rooms all have amazing views and there's a pillow menu for your very very comfortable bed in a huge "standard" room. Amara is a world unto itself and should be discovered slowly. Like the spa, with its sleek and darkened indoor pool, its sauna and the small gym rooms where you can indulge in your own program with weights and yoga mats or something more strenuous in the main treadmill/machines room. Your magnetic card gives you access to all gates protecting guests from outsiders when you want a dip in the sea. Every staff member has been briefed to answer your needs or call someone who knows how to. I can only imagine how management must be a tightly run mothership, motivating their very happy looking staff. "We'll be back" is an overstated phrase but I mean it this time!! Bravo 👏🏻👏🏻🎊🎊 Amara.

One small tech detail: the phone was on a permanent loudspeaker and I couldn't figure it out....

Everything was amazing, from the moment we arrived with valet parking (Demetris), to reception (Spanish lady forget her name), the room, the view, the staff at the pool (girl from Latvia with tattoos and cypriot girl, Italian restaurant food, view and staff (young Italian guy only 20 but so professional, also young cypriot girl, Roof top bar, cocktails and breakfast and the staff at breakfast, one gentleman that had been there for many years all amazing. We would like to thank you for making our stay one of the greatest ever and will be back. Well done to this hotel as everything is done perfectly

The only thing I didn’t like was I had to leave, we loved everything here

Amazing hotel with an extremely beautiful view from the balconies and the breakfast was 10/10!!! Very rarely you find a breakfast with such a rich selection of food. Plus the staff were welcoming and friendly. We didn’t mention on our booking that it was our Honeymoon however, we mentioned it at check it by coincidence and the receptionist “Christos” arranged us a surprise in the room with champagne and chocolate cake. This hotel is extremely relaxing! Definitely recommend it.

There is only 1 downfall that the hotel is child friendly. At the pool area it was really loud, kids throwing water and dropping food on the floor. Therefore we did not spend any other day at the pool because of this. Plus the hotel is quite expensive and it would be nice to enjoy all the facilities in peace and quiet. If it was adults only it would be perfect

The first time we celebrated an engagement, now we celebrated our wedding. The hotel at the highest level in Cyprus, without a doubt. The service is one of the best in the world. One of the tastiest food we've ever eaten. They make you feel like you are the center of the world. Dear team, thank you very much. You are perfect as usual.
