I'm a very picky person, and I had the best time at this resort. It exceeded my expectations, and it is even nicer in real than in pics. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. The resort is impeccably clean (inside and outside). Food is delicious (and breakfast and the restaurants inside the resort). The place is so big that even when fully booked, you don't feel the crowd - I always found a sunbed at the main pool. Beach is beautiful and the kids club is heaven. I will definitely go back!

We had a fantastic stay at Parklane in Limassol. The resort is luxurious yet very family-friendly, with beautifully designed rooms and top-tier service. Dining was a highlight, especially at Nammos and La Petite Maison. The pools are well-maintained, with a great adults-only area. Our room had a stunning sea view, and everything felt clean and elegant. A few small things, like breakfast variety, could be improved, but overall, this was an exceptional experience. Highly recommend for families and couples alike.

Beautiful area, very peaceful. Access to different pools, including adults only pool, provides great options. The sea area is clean. Restaurant nammos is amazing! Great food, great service. Spa staff is knowledgeable and were able to suggest the best treatments fitting my skin type. Another point is for the therapists, they were inviting and listed carefully to our needs. The staff at the reception is also very polite, easy to communicate with , and always there to help.

As others mentioned, breakfast buffet, even though it is quite big, is very limited in variety. Also, if you come towards the end of breakfast, many things are gone and are not replenished. The facilities overall are a bit dated, and the cleaning crew is extremely everpresent on the floors. On multiple occasions, we would wake up at 8 am as a vacuum cleaner was ramming into our door. Lastly, the gym is surprisingly small for such a big hotel, we had to queue to use the machines in weights area.

The facilities- the gym and the pool, a lot of sitting areas around the hotel, great chairs and beds outside near the beach and the pool, staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was incredibly comfortable, cleaned everyday and had an extra bonus of getting bottled water daily. Every day there is an option to taste Cypriot dessert wine at the bar, highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is outside of any City, so if you don't have a car, it's a little inconvenient. The breakfast is delicious, however, if you stay for longer than a few days, you'll notice it's repetitive and not varied.

Friendly and professional staff. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere you look. The resort is immaculate, elegant, modern, sophisticated and extremely comfortable. The restaurants and bars are spectacular with delicious cuisine and service. All brands in one location such as Nammos, LPM, Dior, Loewe etc. Last but not least a visit at the most awarded Kalloni Spa is a must! Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the high level of maintenance, the cleanliness, and the attention to every detail. The food was delicious, the dark curtains ensured perfect rest, the towels were of top quality, and the swimming pool was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, always friendly and attentive. Even the security personnel assisting with parking contributed to the seamless experience. A special touch was the thoughtful surprise for a birthday celebration, creating a truly memorable moment. It's clear that the hotel's excellence is not just in its beautiful design but in the dedication to maintaining high standards in every aspect. Luxurious entrance and helpful, friendly staff. Impressive breakfast buffet with plenty of vegetarian options. Lovely sea view from the bedroom, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Large shower which was good, and fun having 24/7 room service. Nice grounds, with plenty of areas to sit. The gym and sauna were good as well. Everything was very clean and the atmosphere was peaceful.

There was no bath in our room which I was sad about (my fault - although the photos all looked so similar when I was booking). There was also no dinner buffet open when we were there which was really disappointing - I feel like they should have mentioned this upfront. There were other restaurants open, but for the same price as a buffet, I feel like they were much worse value for money. One of the pool areas was also closed which was a shame as it was where the breakfast buffet overlooked. Very friendly staff, although when we rang up asking for extra water bottles they said we had to pay for it, which seemed a bit stingy for a 5*.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is very nice, big and has everything that a family needs for pleasant vacation. The rooms are very modern, spacious for a family of four and have all the amenities of a five star hotel. The playground was excellent and well maintained. Above all though what made our stay memorable is the staff. From the management, the reception, the cleaning ladies and the restaurant staff they are all professionals and attend with kindness your needs. Special thanks to Filios at the restaurant where we had our breakfast as he made our experience better.

A beautiful,modern hotel with excellent facilities and wonderful restaurants Spacious bedrooms with modern bathrooms that include luxury Byredo toiletries. Every member of staff we met were professional and friendly, nothing was ever too much. The restaurants are superb we dined at El Teatro, Nammos and LPM Le Petit Maison. If you have the half board option you will have an allowance of €55 per person that can be used in these restaurants otherwise there is the Lanes restaurant which has a half board menu and has buffet evenings. The gym is fantastic with great equipment and a studio, you are also able to get fresh protein shakes too. The beach, the pools, the landscaping….everything perfect!

The hotel was exceptional and so beautiful. We had an amazing time and the staff were so accommodating to all our needs. We had a technical problem in our room and the manager went out of his way to move us. Since our room category was full, he was kind enough to give us an upgrade and move us into a lovely villa with a private pool. We had a fantastic stay and our family with three kids had a blast. Thank you Mario Dobrev and thank you Parklane staff for making our holiday a memorable one!! Our next holiday will surely be in Parklane! We all can't wait to return.
