I'm a very picky person, and I had the best time at this resort. It exceeded my expectations, and it is even nicer in real than in pics. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. The resort is impeccably clean (inside and outside). Food is delicious (and breakfast and the restaurants inside the resort). The place is so big that even when fully booked, you don't feel the crowd - I always found a sunbed at the main pool. Beach is beautiful and the kids club is heaven. I will definitely go back!

I have no complaints. It's was a perfect vacation.

The facilities- the gym and the pool, a lot of sitting areas around the hotel, great chairs and beds outside near the beach and the pool, staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was incredibly comfortable, cleaned everyday and had an extra bonus of getting bottled water daily. Every day there is an option to taste Cypriot dessert wine at the bar, highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is outside of any City, so if you don't have a car, it's a little inconvenient. The breakfast is delicious, however, if you stay for longer than a few days, you'll notice it's repetitive and not varied.

Friendly and professional staff. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere you look. The resort is immaculate, elegant, modern, sophisticated and extremely comfortable. The restaurants and bars are spectacular with delicious cuisine and service. All brands in one location such as Nammos, LPM, Dior, Loewe etc. Last but not least a visit at the most awarded Kalloni Spa is a must! Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the high level of maintenance, the cleanliness, and the attention to every detail. The food was delicious, the dark curtains ensured perfect rest, the towels were of top quality, and the swimming pool was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, always friendly and attentive. Even the security personnel assisting with parking contributed to the seamless experience. A special touch was the thoughtful surprise for a birthday celebration, creating a truly memorable moment. It's clear that the hotel's excellence is not just in its beautiful design but in the dedication to maintaining high standards in every aspect. This was an unforgettable vacation, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality. We will definitely return!

Luxurious entrance and helpful, friendly staff. Impressive breakfast buffet with plenty of vegetarian options. Lovely sea view from the bedroom, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Large shower which was good, and fun having 24/7 room service. Nice grounds, with plenty of areas to sit. The gym and sauna were good as well. Everything was very clean and the atmosphere was peaceful.

There was no bath in our room which I was sad about (my fault - although the photos all looked so similar when I was booking). There was also no dinner buffet open when we were there which was really disappointing - I feel like they should have mentioned this upfront. There were other restaurants open, but for the same price as a buffet, I feel like they were much worse value for money. One of the pool areas was also closed which was a shame as it was where the breakfast buffet overlooked. Very friendly staff, although when we rang up asking for extra water bottles they said we had to pay for it, which seemed a bit stingy for a 5*.

The hotel was exceptional and so beautiful. We had an amazing time and the staff were so accommodating to all our needs. We had a technical problem in our room and the manager went out of his way to move us. Since our room category was full, he was kind enough to give us an upgrade and move us into a lovely villa with a private pool. We had a fantastic stay and our family with three kids had a blast. Thank you Mario Dobrev and thank you Parklane staff for making our holiday a memorable one!! Our next holiday will surely be in Parklane! We all can't wait to return.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is very nice, big and has everything that a family needs for pleasant vacation. The rooms are very modern, spacious for a family of four and have all the amenities of a five star hotel. The playground was excellent and well maintained. Above all though what made our stay memorable is the staff. From the management, the reception, the cleaning ladies and the restaurant staff they are all professionals and attend with kindness your needs. Special thanks to Filios at the restaurant where we had our breakfast as he made our experience better.

A beautiful,modern hotel with excellent facilities and wonderful restaurants Spacious bedrooms with modern bathrooms that include luxury Byredo toiletries. Every member of staff we met were professional and friendly, nothing was ever too much. The restaurants are superb we dined at El Teatro, Nammos and LPM Le Petit Maison. If you have the half board option you will have an allowance of €55 per person that can be used in these restaurants otherwise there is the Lanes restaurant which has a half board menu and has buffet evenings. The gym is fantastic with great equipment and a studio, you are also able to get fresh protein shakes too. The beach, the pools, the landscaping….everything perfect!

A good luxury hotel on the seashore. Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, heated pool and attentive staff. A great French restaurant with excellent food and service. We had a great time.

The cleanliness in the room leaves much to be desired. Cosmetics were not put in one of our rooms until we told the maid about it twice. The room was not actually cleaned, only towels were changed. And it was a little strange that in a luxury 5-star hotel they did not bring complimentary sweets in the evening before going to bed, and on New Year's Eve even a congratulatory letter or a small gift to guests was not allowed.

The best team works in Parklane! Thank you Konstantinos for everything. You are the best! Every year we come to Parklane, we have such a warm welcome! Any problems are being solved asap. The rooms are with perfect view! And so clean! The stuff in the restaurant Lanes is very hospitable (hostesses, cooks, waiters and waitresses) Nammos - delicious food, great music and also hospitable stuff. We are always happy to stay in Parklane!
