Stayed in a Junior Suite.Amazing checkin experience with refreshments. Room a little disappointing as is described as a seperate living and bedroom area..It is a large room with a table in the corner..Sea view fantastic. Complimentary basket and wine to the room, much appreciated.Staff happy and service orientated. The big shock was the dinning area, most people on full board, which was buffet. The space was like a large school canteen, bright lights and no ambiance. Breakfast was in the same area and good selection. We sat outside which was a better choice. Overall, staff and service great, room, clean, modern with all ammenities, not a suite !. Large balcony with fab view..Not on the beach, yet access to club on beach across road. Pool areas clean and well layed out, good gym and spa.

Quiet nice hotel, lovely stuff.. great breakfast/ however the reception's employeer (katia) is a lil aggressive . We tried to ask for delay checkout 2 days before the check-out, however last minute they told us is not possible, unless you book new room through booking. Although the delay checkout costs 120 EUR for 6 hrs, we were ready to pay that amount, but unfortuantley the reception cared less.

Everything was Fantastic!!!!! The pool big,clean and fantastic!! The room was perfect with excellent view!!! The food allday was very tasty!!!! The staff was all the money!!! The most kind ,polite and helpfull staff i ever met!!! MANY MANY THANKS TO MRS KATIA AT THE FROND OFICE!!!! Thanks to everyone for the fantastic stay!!! We will be back for sure!!!!!

Great service. Outstanding SPA. Fantastic meals. Comfortable bedding. Can't really say more. Just PERFECT.

The hotel is not on the beach. I think it was a bit misleading from the pictures, but perhaps I didn't pay attention.

Excellent staff. Very good food in the buffet restaurant and an excellent meal in the a la carte. Entertainment team were enthusiastic but not pushy.

Sunbeds very close together and too low for my wife. She had to use one of the metal chairs from the bar area all week. It's not a beachfront hotel by any stretch. Busy main road to cross and a pathway between houses leading to a stony beach.

The hotel's level of service is that of a 5 star hotel.  The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are beautiful. The amenities offered are exceptional. They welcome their guests with fruits and a complimentary bottle of wine. Other than coffee and water, complimentary beer and soft drinks are offered daily! The pool is big. But the access to the beautiful Limassol beach is exceptional. There you can make use of the sunbeds at their sand beach bar. You can choose sunbeds on the sand or on the beautiful grass area surrounded by palm trees. Just make sure to reserve yours the day before in the busy season. And do try the food, it's delectable.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. We were in Limassol to attend a wedding therefore did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. The check in staff we very friendly, we were greeted with two glasses of champagne. We received a complementary room upgrade to a full sea view room which was modern and newly renovated. Room amenities were good; there was everything we needed, from Nespress machine, to iron board, mini bar, working wifi etc. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

The communal areas feel a bit outdated and in need of a renovation. Our bedsheets were stained. Cleaning of the room was not good: empty champagne glasses were left in the room, bedsheets were not changed, no new coffee capsules were added - it was not properly cleaned.

lovely staff, friendly and helpful. great facilities, lovely pool area. room was spacious with comfortable bed. all areas of the hotel were very clean. food options for breakfast and dinner were plentiful and well presented.

too many stray cats about, especially around the outside dining area. the lift on our side of the hotel was extremely slow and the doors seemed to stick frequently, so it took several minutes to go up or down. limited options for evening meals within walking distance of the hotel if you want to eat out, so you need to get in the car.

I arrived at the property at 23 pm, and went to my Room - Junior Suite Sea View with Hot Tub in the fridge I had one bottle of water 1 liter. No room service is available at this time I couldn't find the phone so I can call. Went to the Reception they send me to the bar in the hotel, but no bottles of water were available so I can purchase for the room, the barman told me to bring my bottle of water from the room so they can refile it and he sent me to my room with a glass of water from the bar. For the amount of nearly 300 euros per room per night is ridiculous the fact you CAN'T BUY A BOTTEL OF WATER FROM THE BAR.

I liked design of the room, bed, toiletries, welcome gesture (a bottle of wine and apples)

Not really convenient shower (all the water was outside of it, on the floor. No matter how I've tried to be more careful). It would be nice from 4-star hotel to let their guests to borrow a socket adapter. Also USB chargers in my room didn't work.
