Wonderful stay at Four Seasons Limassol! Tatiana from customer relations was so kind and helpful, especially during breakfast. The entire staff was friendly and professional. We enjoyed two excellent spa treatments, a clean and comfy room with a great minibar, and lovely experiences at Colors Café, the main bar, and dinner. We’ll definitely be back!

Four Seasons Limmasol is definitely one of the best 5 star hotels that I visited. Everything was impeccable- facility , service , cleanliness, friendly staff, variety of restaurants you can visit, breakfast which include healthy options, adults only pool, beautiful beach …. What else you can ask for ?

Good breakfast and dinner buffet Excellent care by staff Comfortable bed and pillows Adult pool and Colors cafe Andreas, Guest Relations Manager was absolutely amazing in every respect from the Day trip to his village to arranging a late check out. He is the most wonderful asset to the hotel.

Poor internet connection on TV, especially BBC1. Adult pool planting could be improved. Wardrobe needs longer hanging space for dresses. Room could do with updating. Looking a little tired (5th floor). Seating is essential in Reception, we were surprised there was nowhere to sit. Disappointed to discover that the Cyprus/ Greek night had finished.

Literally everything: exceptional breakfast, the indoor pool with heating, sauna, towels and ofcourse the service! Our room was huge which made us very satisfied, definitely we will come back again🙏🏻

Is hard to find something, but if we go to minorities they put us two knives instead of one fork... And even we were granted late check out till 14:00 they didnt accept the payment at that moment i showed myself instead a reception lady allowed us to continue our rest at spa area, thats why it was a bit unexpected that another person started calling us to ask for payment, which wasnt her fault, since she wasnt informed accordingly...

We really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel, the attentive and friendly service, and the quality of the whole experience. It brought back memories of a wonderful stay I had as a child in a 4-star hotel in Spain. I was very happy to offer my son a similar experience, especially with such great value for money. A memorable stay — we truly hope to come back!

There’s very little to complain about. If I had to mention something, it would be that service at the swimming pool after using the remote order button was a bit slow — going to the bar might have been faster. But overall, it didn’t affect our positive experience.

We had such a lovely stay at the Four Seasons Limassol! It was our first time visiting, and we’re already planning to make it a yearly family tradition. From start to finish, everything was truly exceptional. The kids absolutely loved every part of the hotel—and so did we! The service was outstanding, the cleanliness impeccable, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the facilities were fantastic for both adults and children. The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, creating such a special experience for our whole family. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Can’t wait to be back next year!

This hotel is amazing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided an outstanding service that I have not experienced very often before, and I stay at 5 star properties on a regular basis. We were also invited on a free excursion to one of the traditional villages by the Guest Relationship Manager, Andreas Alkiviades, who also lead the excursion, and it was probably the highlight of our week. We hope to go back.

The staff in the restaurants, in particular the main restaurants, sometimes cleared away the plates too quickly, especially when we had not all finished our course, not something expected at a 5 star property. More annoying was that the beach bar/restaurant and the bar in the hotel where food was also available did not have physical menus and one was expected to look at the menu on one's phone. When I complained, I did get a tablet to read the menu on, but really, a few physical menus should be always available!

Absolutely green territory, definitely great place to be in summer. Pool with salty water Breakfast, especially at 8 AM when personnel isn't tired from demanding guests :)

This wasn't Four Seasons level hotel. The room was so tired, so I wouldn't choose this hotel again. The furniture looks like picked from different rooms. Weak service, people looks tired and unmotivated. And I was in low season. Sauna's door was broken, and nobody fixed them for 3 days, one guy stucked there and nobody cares. Would you like to be stucked in sauna??? Restaurant - don't plan to have lunch there, go out. We tried, once. Didn't try dinner - lunch experience wasn't motivating. Be honest, I won't stay again. We stayed with the kid and double room have no space for 3rd bed. My + is for green gardens of this hotel.

Words cannot describe the amazing experience we had at Four Seasons. Everything was simply perfect – from the spacious and beautifully designed rooms, to the exquisite food and the top-tier service, to the attention to every little detail.
