The hotel is fantastic!! Everything is done here in order the guests to feeling the most welcomed. Whoever came up with the idea of evening routine of making the bed and prepare the sleepers, is genius. This simple routine made me feel like a little kid while mom is taking care of me. Every single corner is super clean, there are lot of places where you can spend time alone or with your family. The hotel has a huge area, inside and outside pools and saunas. The gym is way better than in most hotels I have visited. A lot of great places to have dinner in 5 min walking distance. Recommended: The Farm house for food, the Irish pub for drinks. Thanks a lot for the stay!

Breakfast might be a subject for improvement. It was good but not excellent.

August 2023

This was one of the most amazing hotels we've been to. It is big and spacious and even though we were there in August and it was probably fully booked it never felt too crowded or noisy. The staff were all top-notch - maids, cooks, barmen, pool staff, performers, receptionists, bellboys - they all took care of every issue or question we had with big smiles and genuine enthuesaim. We came with a 2.5 year old child so requested a quiet back facing room that was indeed very quiet even during the night entertainment. The room was very clean and constantly kept clean - maids cleaned it 2-3 times a day! The room was well equipt and the beds were very big and comfy. We liked the diversen selection of superb a la cart dinner restaurants and also found some good restaurants a few minutes walk from the hotel. We also loved the pool layout. If you come in August the water is warm (over 30 celsius). There was a beautiful paved path you can walk near the ocean, very romantic at night. The Spa had extraordinary unique massages / treatments - thumbs up to Violeta for a very relaxing massage.

The hotel's beach had great cabanas and romantic spots, however walking into the water was a bit tough with all the stones and plants. Bring water shoes. It may be a big investment for the hotel, but removing the stones and replacing that with sand would turn it into a dream beach. It's great for swimming though.

The hotel is so beautiful and luxurious. The perfect place for a pleasant and relaxing stay. It is so clean and the staff is very attentive. This was my third stay at the hotel and I’m going back in September as well. The food is lovely and there is so much choice. The rooms are clean and comfy. My favourite place is the sunset terrace where you can watch the sunset, listen to some lovely music and have a nice drink of your choice. I would like to say a special thank you to some of the restaurant staff who made our stay extra special: Liviu who is so knowledgable and polite and funny and professional, always with a smile on his face. Daniela who knew our room number by heart after the second day and greeted us with the biggest smile when she saw us at breakfast. Luigi who always stopped at our table to have a little chat with us. Eva who always smiled at us and asked how we are. Suzana who was always so polite and lovely. To be honest everyone is lovely and they go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as it is possible. Another thank you to the lovely gentlemen at the entrance who are taking our luggage’s to the rooms. They were all so nice to us. Thank you to the lovely spa manager Magdolna as well. I would highly recommend this wonderful place. I fell in love with it two years ago and now it is my go to hotel for a luxurious and relaxing holiday.

We loved everything

Amazing outdoor pool area, great rooms, lovely bars, relaxing indoor and outdoor restaurants. Big indoor pool, great gym, sauna, steam and spa. Everything is so spacious, tasteful and clean. The food is beyond amazing. One of the restaurants is a huge, constantly changing buffet, which is fantastic. The hotel is near 2 brilliant archeological sites, the tomb of the Kings and the Archaeological Park. The feeling of the hotel is classy relaxed. The best thing of all is the staff, who are all so lovely, so helpful and make your stay so easy and enjoyable.

The beach nearby is a bit rocky, but Coral Bay is just a short bus ride away and fabulous.

Incredible and impeccable service throughout our stay! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was memorable, including a custom request of an ice cream cake for my husband’s birthday ( the cake was heavenly)!!!! The pool area was amazing, with plenty of sun beds, helpful & friendly staff and an incredible food & drink service. On Saturday & Sunday, a live DJ was spinning tunes poolside really adding to the tropical atmosphere.

My two minor complaints: 1. Our room (partial sea view) overlooked a parking lot with a smidgeon of sea if you craned your neck all the way to the right. At $450 a night I expected a nicer view, even if it wasn’t full sea view. 2. The bathroom did not have a separate shower. It was a narrow tub with a hand held shower head.

Staff excellent, friendly and made us feel special Breakfast outstanding, best I've ever had in any hotel and endless choices of delicious food, both traditional and local On site restaurants, particularly Bacca were fabulous Spa facilities were great and it was good to be able to join exercise classes at no additional cost

The beautiful outdoor pool was unfortunately still being re-tiled so was out of use. Beach area in front of hotel is very rocky, but better beach within walking distance

The hotel and grounds are gorgeous. The staff are amazing. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and it was lovely with lots of choice and all very fresh. Sunbeds super comfortable and plentiful. Pool bar very reasonably priced and service very efficient. Rooms very clean and very well equipped.

If you can don’t book a partial sea view room - ours cost extra and basically looked directly onto a car park and a building site - you could see the sea but not without moving the chairs and table. I understand that they started excavating for building and found some ruins so had to stop so now it’s surrounded by tatty, torn fabric hoardings - not really what you want to see when you open the curtains in the morning 😳. Not at all worth the extra money and genuinely the only thing that was disappointing about the whole trip.

This hotel was the best I have stayed in. From the moment you go in you enter a different world in terms of decor, comfort and above all the superb welcome from all the staff which lasts for the entire holiday. The hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. I also loved the amount of space outside with loads of sunbeds and the quiet and peaceful area around the sea front.a

Although the food was delicious it was rather expensive.
