We went all inclusive. 3 meals per day served in the dining room (Breakfast Lunch Diner)and 2 lighter meals in the poolside bars in-between. Both are buffet style meals, the dining room choices were outstanding, A different theme each evening, lots of choice, for vegetarians and meat eaters. The menu was shared in advance and if the kids didn't like what's on offer they would cook chicken nuggets for them. The entertainment team led by Rico are the best. Lots of activities to do all day, Aqua aerobics, boules, darts, shuffleboard, archery and a chance to win a bingo ticket or cocktail. Mini disco every night for the kids and evening show for all the family. Bingo was fun with lots of audience participation. Beach was a stones throw from the pool so the best of both. We have been going for the past 11 years and will be booking for next year.

That we couldn't stay longer! We had an issue with the air con and hairdryer but maintenance fixed it immediately so not a big issue Could do with having USB chargers in the rooms/ and charging points around the pool as kids kept going back to the room to charge devices

Our villa was in a fabulous location, with great sea views, and in a peaceful area of the hotel. The room was clean and a good size, the beds were comfy, and 2 bathrooms. There is a lovely promenade right in front of the villa which took you to the harbour, this was just over a mile away, and a lovely walk in the evening but no shade during the heat of the day. The private terrace and pool made the holiday for us as we were unable to get sunbeds by the main pool most mornings. The private pool small, but great for cooling off. The food in the hotel was good, there was a lot of choice and we managed to find something for everyone in our group of six. Olga in the pool bar was so lovely and always had a smile and there was a super lovely lady on reception but I didn’t get her name.

We upgraded to all inclusive at the hotel, This was great value for money, But of an evening we felt the bar staff were reluctant to serve us, and our drinks were often not a well presented at the those who were paying for them. You would not be able to self cater in the villa, there were not enough utensils.

Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was huge. Pool was clean as we're all facilities. The evening entertainment was goid but not i your face.

The food could have been warmer and was unnecessarily "messed with" for example, steamed veg was covered in butter and basic salads had either meat or cheese in them leaving limited choice. I realise my food choices are limited as a vegan in Cyprus, but this didn't help. However there was only one day where I couldn't find anything to eat. For my other half who eats anything, there was plenty of choice.

The hotel room was spacious and had all necessary facilities. The view through the balcony was wonderful, straight to the sea. Cleaning staff were polite and attended every day. The breakfast was good enough. Good fruits assortment

The air conditioner was full of dirt, it smelled moldy. The room was not very clean, especially bathroom. Although the room had its small equipped kitchen, the dishwasher was not provided. Some of the receptionists were quite rude.

Fantastic Family holiday, Exceeded my expectations, Rooms were comfy and a lot bigger then expected, great location on the beach, Family members been coming for the last 15 years and decided to join them this year, will be visiting again, couldn't fault the place, Great daytime/ evening entertainment, always something to do, Rico and the team do a great job!

Breakfast be better if it went on longer then 10am, A/C very good in the room just difficult at times to work it.

Wifi didn't work in the room. Only on balcony.

The village is pretty nice. Some apartments look at the sea, I believe they are more expensive. It has its own coastline, I wouldn't say beach, because it is really rocky at the shore, quite unfit to get in the water. It has many sunbeds and parasols all way long, for free. Closest sandy beach, with cool waves is 15minutes walking, Venus beach. The pool is nice as well, with varying depth. Breakfast and dinner is buffet-style, with a huge selection. Including desserts. There is a local store.

Power adapters were promised through Booking.com, however when I asked for it at the reception, I was told I have to purchase it at the local store. 2,5 EUR. Even if you pay for dinner (as halfboard service (breakfast-dinner)) drinks are not included, not even water. For some unconsistent reason breakfast includes drinks. Kitchen in the apartment has minimal equipment. No washing-up accessories are provided. Air conditioner in the room works only when balcony door is closed (which makes sense), but as a result, when it opens the AC stops, powers off, you need to restart it again, which was a challenge almost every time and we couldn't figure out how the remote works.

Beautiful sea view from the living room and one of the two bedrooms; - The apartment, including the covered veranda and common areas were very clean; - Facilities well maintained. Buildings freshly painted and bushes trimmed. Bins in common areas emptied; - Our 6 year old enjoyed spending time at the Kids' Club from 10:00 - 12:00; - Complimentary cosmetics (shampoo, bath gel & soap); - Complimentary hot and cold beverages (tea, coffee & mineral water); - Pool towels are provided in the room free of charge; - Shower water pressure was top-notch; - Rich buffet breakfast included in the room rate. Highlights included a pancake station; and - On-site mini market with decent selection;

- Small, wall-mounted hair dryer in the room instead of full size hair dryer. We called the reception to ask if they had a full-size hair dryer we could borrow and they informed us that a hotel guest accidentally took it home. Should be replaced ASAP and more than one should be available for hotel guests to borrow from the reception; and - Initial booking confirmation informed us that the cost of on-site lunch and dinner buffets were EUR 13.50 and EUR 19.50 respectively. When we were checking in, the receptionist informed us that the cost of the lunch buffet had increased from 13.50 to 19.50 and the cost of the dinner buffet had increased from 19.50 to 23 Euros per night. We ended up ordering lunch a la carte from the pool snack bar because it was more reasonable.

We traveled with 2,5-year old child and we stayed in Superior Studio with Inland View. First impression when we got in was that room was big, really clean and it was cleaned every day during our stay. There was big well equipped kitchen in our room and balcony with beautiful view. There is a possibility to use washing machine for 3 euros and also there was a drying rack on the balcony where we could dry our clothes if needed. Hotel area was also very clean. There were always enough sunbeds available by the pool or sea. Breakfast and dinner were very good for one week stay. Our little one enjoyed the children pool and especially the hotel beach, although it is little bit rocky and there is a lot of sea weed in the water. The staff was very friendly, helpful and we felt very welcomed there. When returning to Cyprus, we will for sure stay in Kefalos Beach Tourist Village again.

They are using a lot of celery, especially in the salads which they are offering. If you don´t like the taste then it is a shame, because there are automatically much less options to choose from. Rest of the food was really good.

This time we went for the three bedroom apartment. The rooms were very generous proportions - each bedroom had its own balcony and bathroom

We only had one key and it would have been nice if we could have had two for the evenings when some of us wanted to go to bed earlier
