Comfy bed with perfect pillows & duvet, washroom included everything necessary, we got upgraded room via booking.com & got our stay extended for 2 more days as we enjoyed everything & they gave us the same room with complimentary breakfast. Free parking on site which was very necessary and we traveled via public transport within Prague city as that was most convenient. Staff was very helpful who guided us with the map of the city. Bus was available from behind the hotel to go down to train station or else it was downhill walk. Tea coffee maker & mini fridge was available inside room too. Night staff gave us complimentary champagne while we completed the check in formalities. It was easy access to enter as we were very late. Morning staff was also very helpful throughout. You can enjoy the city while the car is parked safely at hotel.

Breakfast was 7-10, but tourists like us who get up late it’s little difficult with time but no complaints with them. They helped us in every way

Everything. Great location 3 mins by car from the Prague Highway (15mins to the Airport) and extremely quiet and peaceful area. Whole hotel was very modern, also accessible with a wheelchair or heavy luggage(ramps and elevators). Room was very spacious, everything (literally every corner) extremely clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, nice tv infrontof the bed and bathroom equipped more than it is usual (hair dryer and not only soaps and shower gels but also a lot of toiletries). Reception 24/7 and the most helpful and kind receptionist there. We didn’t have breakfast booked and we were leaving early in the morning for a flight but he still insisted and prepared a small snack to go for us. Extremely kind approach and great price in comparison with other places and their offers

The room was decent in size, it had enough space to store luggage. It was also clean when we checked in. We booked it for one day but then decided to extend it to another day because we felt comfortable there. Also, there is free parking space and no reservation is required. The parking thing can get a bit tricky if you arrive late at night. But since the Hotel is outside city center, there are options to park the car outside the hotel as well.

It would have been great if there was AC as well, but we were provided with fan.

The staff were very friendly, and everything was very clean! Breakfast was good with a good selection of hot and cold options. The hotel hsd a nice outdoor area which a small childrens play area which would be ideal for families. The location was good being only a 5 min walk from the closest bus stop and 10mins from thr tram stop which takes you straight into the city centre.

The shower was a little awkward as it was over the bath with a handheld head that did not have a holder so required you to hold it all the time. The TV only had 5-6 channels, none of which were English.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff is helpfull. We had problem very early in the morning, I ordered Uber to take us to the airport and paid with card, but then my phone switched off and I could not turn It on anymore. I did not know if driver was coming or not. I went to the reception and lady who was working ordered taxi for us, but after few minutes my phone was good, and I had to cancel taxi. Lady at the reception said it was no problem, she was very helpfull. I apologise one more time to her and taxi driver, because she probably woke him up.

Very nice staff with friendly and helpful attitude. Absolutely tidy and very well taken care of place. The bathroom was shining and clean and we did not expect such a nice stay for this price. Breakfast was amazing 😊

The location seemed to be a little in “nowhere”, but it did not disturb us as we were with a car. Can not say anything about people traveling with public transportation, but the staff right away asked us wether we will need a guidance on how to get to the city centre and what to see in Prague 😊

The room is fine, it is a quiet hotel and the room, breakfast has many choices, finally a new coffee machine with better coffee, parking accessible and easy to park on (even when almost full).

The hotel is quiet, unless there are planes flying over or works on the road in front ... I stayed in hotel Michael many times, but this time the receptionist messed up during check in and now we have fun with invoices to submit to different financing sources.

Room was comfortable. Bathroom was functional and clean. Breakfast was great. Parking space very comfortable. Tram stop at 10 minutes walking. Area is safe and quiet.

Unfortunately the room was a bit stuffy and opening the windows was important to let some fresh air circulate. Maybe the reason is the oldish carpet. No AC in the room.

Hotel Michael is small comfy hotel, in quite area. Breakfast was rich and I believe, everybody found something for themselves. Our room was spacious, bathroom as well. Beds were comfortable. Advantage is private parking at hotel.

Location is in quite area, not really restaurants or pubs nearby. (we knew in advance and it didn't bother us). Tram station is in about 10 minutes walking downhil (back uphill), with tram nr. 17 you are in 15 minutes in the center of Prague.
