We stayed 7 days with my mom - it’s was exceptional, even better than I expected. Food quality is very good, staff is very attentive, especially animation team surprised with the vibe they share and such a great activities and atmosphere

The hotel is huge with a nice beach and great snorkling area. Has 4 pools plus the Aqua pool which was nice. Staff are ok. Most of them are helpful and always smiling (Main and beach retaurants staff and relaxing pool barman are super friendly). Reception guys also was great and animation. Rooms are clean, maybe a bit old but still clean. Food is ok for all meals.

Spent 3 nights while i cant find a free place for 4 people at any pool. Tried many times in different timings. People always keeping sun beds occupied by beach towels while they are not here. We tried at 7 am and still no free sun bed. (People in water are very few). Hotel management needs to find a solution and to put some rules for this issue.

Nice, 30 minutes from the airport and really good money for the value. May be obvious but you could see the staff is really aiming for a tip, so remember to take some cash with you. Really well kept gardens

It looks like the property is trying to go to environmental friendly, however plenty of meet is cooked and apparently wasted every day. There isn’t much for simple vegetarian options, the kitchen is quite sophisticated and complex. I would have preferred some easy veg options but that’s quite personal actually. Also you can’t really sleep on the beach or poolside because of the amount of sellers that keep waking you to invite in every possible excursion/trip/spa/adventure. That was a bit too much in my opinion

I had a wonderful experience during my stay with my family. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. One of the best places I ever stayed in Wonderful views and exceptional snorkeling area. The food, the sea and all the team working there starts from reception team, housekeeping, food and animation team. It is really a friendly place. Kids area is really great also for the kids. Overall exceptional

The water on the beach is till the reef till noon time and it is very hard to enjoy it with kids at this time. Beach and pool beds are not sufficient while the hotel is full or a lot of guests and need to speak to the pool guard or beach personals to get one. Mosquitoes in open areas are painful but inside rooms no issues.

second time in Sataya Resort and i really appreciate the development in the last 6 months. the food was better and the beach towel changing method solved. further the hotel service (place, food, cleanness, value for the money etc ) I returned and will return because: 1. i love the coral reefs and sea life among the hotel shore 2. the well-being center. i have plenty health issue and the massage therapists there are the best. i travelled lot around the world tried out lot of kind of massage but i have never experienced such a professional and efficient therapy as there. all these together convinced me to return Sataya as yearly therapy place…

the guys at the beach bar are annoying and they are nice only for getting tip.

Pools weren't heated it was kinda freezing in the middle of the day ,got better at the end of the day Pools close at 6:30 not sunset and sea closes I guess by 5 or something so it doesn't stay till sunset Aqua park opens only 4 hrz a day not the whole day Italian chef was rude he had a terrible attitude and his pasta was spoiled one day and smelled ,the second day it hurt our stomach so we avoided his dishes for the rest of the stay

Everything is perfect! The resort is really amazing, with a very nice landscape, lots of greenery, the restaurants are amazing, the room is spacious and clean and luxurious, the view from the room was wonderful. The staff, everyone, is super friendly. The food is great, the pools are really nice and clean. The beach is also amazing. We are newlyweds, so they sent us a sweet honeymoon package to our room and offered us a free room upgrade. We enjoyed our stay there a lot. I definitely recommend it, and I will for sure come back again.
