Another fantastic vacation at Fayrouz Plaza - my 10th time there! so I got golden membership . This place holds a special spot in my heart. The resort itself is stunning, with those iconic Red Sea views never getting old. Plus, its location next to Port Ghalib Marina and Marsa Mubarak adds a touch of vibrancy. But the true star of the show? The 800-meter beach! Arguably the nicest in the area, it's clean, spacious, and boasts a magnificent coral reef teeming with life. Snorkeling and diving straight from the jetty were daily highlights. The staff are consistently amazing, and a huge thanks again to the Golden Team for ensuring everything runs smoothly . This trip, however, the reception team truly stole the show They kept all things ok especially Mr. Hassan Zakaria who help us in all our demands . The good news this time is Wifi upgraded in all rooms so I could connect to web in all places inside Fayrouz plaza With multiple all-inclusive restaurants and bars, you'll never go hungry or thirsty. Add to that the two pools (one heated for cooler months), and Fayrouz Plaza becomes a haven for a relaxing beach getaway. Highly recommend it, especially if you value friendly staff and a beautiful setting!

We returned to the the hotel after 5 years and enjoyed our stay, staff is very helpful. Lovely location for snorkelling . Strange that you not allowed to snorkel on your own, as it is not a rule in any other hotels. I was impressed that it had oat and almond milk

The hotel build so many rooms but didn't extend dinning area. We really struggled finding a table outside during dinner launch and breakfast to sit outside . In the evening also if you had dinner later you can't find a table to watch the program or sit outside. I stayed in several hotels in Egypt and was disappointed that there is no fresh beans coffee, just instant powder coffee machines , plus you need to pay for fresh juice in the morning too when other hotels offers fresh orange juice..

I had an absolutely amazing and wonderful time. It was my 6th stay and the 4th year that i spent there for my birthday. It was the most beautiful surprise that they planted me a tree, something they do for guests on their 6th visit. Everything was absolutely perfect. They were so kind to get me a most beautiful sea view room. They sent me a free bottle of wine and a free fruit basket. The sea and the beach are heavenly, the water is so so beautiful. The place is like heaven, it feels like home. This beautiful hotel is a peaceful haven for me. The food was phenomenal, extremely delicious, and they offer a variety of cuisine to meet all tastes. I enjoyed the food so much, so clean and tasty. The animation was really good, the absolute best animation team they ever had, the fire show was the best I've ever seen. All the animation team members were so friendly and so fun. Shout-out to the lady who's the animation team's manager, she's so talented and so much fun. The evening entertainment, all the cuban singers, the two wonderful ladies and one gentleman, was absolutely phenomenal. The live performances were very very good, the best I've ever seen anywhere. They all have such wonderful and beautiful voices. I really enjoyed every night's program with them and the animation team. I already booked my stays next year. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, and thank you TCF for being this perfect. Please stay this way forever. Can't wait for my next visit next year ❤️ I will return twice next year.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Just the AC was a bit loud. It didn't bother me much, though.

Large room, large compound, large pools, nice sea access and jetty, sunrise and sunset. Great buffet with ripe fruits, varied fare. Very hot weather but dry.

I caught a very unpleasant intestinal bug there I think (became sich within 18 hours of checking in), which in Egypt is commonplace with white people who indulge with uncoocked foods... The buffet was too tempting... It resoved after 48 hours but prevented me from using the facility properly, the scuba diving, which I would have done otherwise. Decoration is a bit dated, esp. in the common areas, and the place is quite crowded, do not expect a romantic getaway there, except at the end of the jetty!

Clean all round , beach / main restaurant bathrooms cleaned through the day and with special touch of fresh flowers around the sinks . Bedrooms cleaned daily with special touch with towels formed into animals . Good quality was great , Variety of food for everyone and each day a different theme night . Highly recommend the shop that sells t-shirts , hoody’s etc , they can personalise any images at a reasonable price . Evening entertainment was great . Outstanding coral reef just off the jetty , recommend going to the right of sea is calm enough for an outstanding view of variety of fish and corals. To the left of beach is the relax beach which has amazing white soft sand , level of water is quite low and is home to even more turtles , and variety of fish including Lion fish . I highly recommend the 10 min walk to Marsa Mubarak to see the Dugong , ( best time is between 7:15-8:00) turtles , small stingrays and if your as lucky as me a huge stingray , the small coral reef 30 mt from sure is home to at least 8 Lion fish .

Mr Hassan and his collegues from the reception, and also all the other employees at the resort, are very kind and friendly. Every time I'm there, they truly do their very best, to make my stay the most comfortable as possible. I love the spacious, comfortable and light rooms. It's very clean everywhere. The food is great. Fayrouz has a very nice house reef for snorkeling, and it's great that Marsa Mubarak is only 20 min walk away: this is a bay where there are big sea turtles. I keep coming back, and now my friends are too.

It was a paradise that just appeared in a great location... most of the staff were amazing just some could have been more helpful.

As an all-inclusive resort it was beautiful but nothing else was near that you could walk to.

Everything was just perfect; the delicious variety of food, the super nice staff, especially at the restaurant and the beach is wonderful. Loved the entertainment and the animation team was fun, especially Mr Mina, who is so talented.

I called the reception so many times a few minutes before arriving to arrange for a shuttle bus to drive me from the gates, and they just kept on hanging up and i waiting 20 minutes in the sun waiting. The sales reps at the beach are annoying.
