Location was perfect, close to all the shops, the bus stops to the slopes. The facilities were great and the kids enjoyed it a lot. Room was clean and the shower was nice!

The internet was really slow and often disconnects. They provide water in the fridge but they don’t refill. The room was often too hot so I’ve had to open the window but it was noisy outside. If you want to order a cab, do it well in advance as we often had to wait about 20-30 mins for one. The buffet dinner was ok.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The restaurant offers excellent breakfasts and dinners. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The SPA centre is a separate discovery that pleased me. The room is comfortable.

We arrived on Christmas Day and couldn't get dinner because everything was booked. There was no place to charge electric cars in the parking lot. The staff has problems with English, sometimes it was difficult to explain what you need. The restaurant opens for dinner at 8 pm, which is inconvenient. There is no coffee maker in the room, only paper cups, making yourself a tea is not easy; bringing everything you need with you is advisable.

Loved the breakfast buffet and the spa swimming pool area as well as the location. Very good value for money.

I felt rushed at breakfast time when I was still eating, and it would still be 10-15 minutes to closing (11am), but staff were all around setting up for lunch and tidying away breakfast foods, etc. I felt uncomfortable.

Location is very good , breakfast is generous and good value although on the "generic" side . the family room is very specious . compared to the area - great value .

the rooms needs renovation on any aspect . Took time to find the entrance to the facility . Noise from adjacent rooms was loud . the room was very hot with no apparent way to lower it ( we shut down th eheating and then opened a winfdow )

The hotel is old fashioned but beautiful, located in a great place between the old town and the shopping area. The Spa area is incredibly beautiful, the breakfast buffet was also nice with many options.

The woman working at the Spa was very rude. She made me feel very uncomfortable as if I did something wrong. Her tone was also inappropriate.

Well located, walkable to everywhere in center (though not difficult to be in Andorra). Staff friendly and accommodating and processed everything quickly. Didn't try the spa, but looked like a good option.

Rooms will probably need updating/refurbishing in the not-too-distant future, but other than that, no complaints.

No bar open, had to use Novotel next door, this was the same for restaurant.

Location within walking distance of the bus station, staff excellent, very accommodating, wonderful Grand buffet breakfast. We were travelling early on the morning we checked out, so missed breakfast but the receptionist arranged for us to have a picnic takeaway breakfast instead.

Staff (Babacar) was friendly and professional. Spa, pool facility are good and clean. Location is convenience.

Parking is not in the same building. No wall plug in for computer near main desk nor night table for charging phones, computer.

The location is very good. Close to the bus for the ski lift, 5 mins walk from the center and 10 mins walk from the busy station from Barcelona

The ladies at the spa were not very nice/polite. Plus the spa is too busy and nobody taking care of it on the inside so some people don’t respect the others or the timing on every facility. This makes the spa experience horrible and I didn’t go back to the spa the next days. Since we chose this hotel for the spa, I will change next time.
