Excellent option for a layover in Guarulhos airport! Really good price and value for money. Transfer was smooth and free of charge. The staff was lovely and even managed a room for us before check-in time (much appreciated whilst travelling with a tired baby). The on-site restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Buffet is plentiful, breakfast too and there is also options from the menu (even vegan). Partly covered closed in courtyard is also a big plus for hanging out (safely) and catching some fresh air. There is even a small gym. Our room was clean and bright and we got a baby crib free of charge. We didn’t leave the hotel area at all and yet had a wonderful layover waiting for our next flight!

the hotel was very nice. The shower was spacious with good water pressure. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! The staff was very friendly and, although I know some Portuguese, they knew English and was able to help me when I couldn't find the words I needed in Portuguese. The shuttle service to the airport was prompt.

When I ordered room service for dinner, they didn't have some things on the menu. I just wanted a light dinner of soup, and there was a chicken soup on the menu that I really wanted, but they were out of that.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and fast. Staff was polite. Paid parking lot available was very helpful. They do offer airport shuttle, but we had a rental, so we didn't need to use it. Wi-Fi worked well. 10 min drive from the airport

I was very disappointed at the breakfast. The plates/cups were very dirty, with leftover food and grease in it. I only ate 2 cheese bread and a small piece of lemon cake because I did not feel good about the rest of the food. My fiance ate more things and had a stomachache a few hours later...

Hotel looks new and furniture is modern. I liked the shower (spacious and high pressure water) and the restaurant. Bed was comfortable and big. Smart TV in the room + snacks and mini bar available. Free airport transport every hour and breakfast included.

Would improve the transport to airport to hotel. If the van is full and loaded when picking up people, I would send it back to pick up the left ones (imagine waiting for 1 hour after 10/12 hours flying). It happened to us (2 persons) and another girl when we were waiting for the van at the airport. Van got loaded quickly and we were eft out. We had to wait for a partner van (of a nearby hotel) coming 30 minutes after it or we should have waited 1 hour for next van of our hotel. We tried to call the hotel 3/4 times with no answer.

I arrived for check-in late, and I found both the check-in and check-out processes to be swift and efficient, which is crucial for an airport hotel. Additionally, the breakfast exceeded my expectations by far. The staff was attentive, and the facilities were suitable for an overnight stay, especially for someone like me with an early flight the next day. Despite driving myself, the shuttle service offered added convenience for travelers needing to commute to and from the airport.

Parking is offered in a building next door, but it posed a slight challenge as I had to locate security to unlock the gate, which struck me as unusual. Unfortunately, the garage is inaccessible from the outside, so without someone to open the gate, accessing the car is impossible. It's worth noting that this situation leaves you dependent on someone with the remote, which, in my case, wasn't available, hence the inconvenience..

The shuttle bus does not go to terminal 3 unlike i read in the review in the morning the traffic was terrible and i nearly missed my flight ,the shuttle bus driver was no help took me to terminal to i couldnt be bothered to explain how to get to terminal 3 until i had to ask him 5 times .The hotel itself was very good clean and well organised the "free"shuttle service took the shine of my stay.

The shuttle sevice,no good if you are not going to terminal 2.if you go terminal 2only it would be fine,but expect trafffic delays

Great for a quick overnight in between flights. Free airport shuttle and quick check-in. Staff were all friendly.

Not all staff speak English but this didn't determine a good service. No hotel info (restaurant times, gym opening hrs, bar opening hrs, any facilities) was available in the rooms. Room service is offered 24//7, however no menus in the room, we had to ask at reception where we recieved a QR code to scan.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing, facilities in general were great. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a free shuttle service to the airport every hour and you can book it already when checking in!

I got charged a different amount than the room service menu states and I have been told they charge for bringing the food to the room instead of eating at the restaurant, the ROOM SERVICE menu didn’t say anything about it. Would have been nice to know that before hand or have the menu with the right prices.

Hotel was very clean and looked pretty new. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel shuttle left right on time to the airport.

We waited a while at the airport to get the shuttle to the hotel but it never arrived for some reason (all the other hotel shuttles did). We ultimately got an uber but it was a hassle because uber drivers preferred to take you all the way to the city, instead of a short ride away. Hence, they kept cancelling and it took about 30min for me to finally get one willing to take us. Just something to watch out for, esp if you're arriving late at night like we did.

This is an excellent airport hotel, exactly what we needed after a long haul flight before our onward connection the next morning. Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great - lots of tasty options. Dinner buffet was good (plenty of vegetarian sides, but not many vegetarian mains). Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing - warm and good water pressure. The Free shuttle to/from the airport was very convenient and took away a lot of stress from our trip. It was quick as well, only 20 minutes. For future guests we advise the airport shuttle can be found in the bus area outside terminal 2 East - there is a van drop off/pick up point area opposite the vending machine/small food kiosk, next to the concrete benches.

We really liked this hotel so can't think of anything major that we didn't like - just a couple of nitpicky thoughts: Dinner buffet felt a bit expensive for what it was for us as vegetarians (not many vegetarian main course options). There was no lid on the bathroom bin (where you have to put your toilet paper as not allowed to flush it). The instructions for finding the airport shuttle at the airport confused us at first as they lacked some detail - but that might be because we'd had a long flight and didn't know the layout of the airport so were tired and confused.
