I booked this hotel and started reaching out to them four times before my arrival to confirm a late check-in. Unfortunately, I never received a proper reply. The only responses I got were from someone repeatedly offering upgrades—through a completely different name—ignoring my actual request. I clearly provided my correct name, reservation details, and the reason for contacting them, but still, nobody answered appropriately. Upon arriving at the airport, the transfer we had arranged was nowhere to be found. We waited two hours, trying to contact the hotel, but no one answered the phone until around 7 a.m.—perhaps when they finally woke up. They then said they would send someone to pick us up. We eventually arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m. At reception, we were told that our first night would be complimentary due to the inconvenience and that we’d only be charged for the second night. However, another staff member later came and contradicted this, denying the offer in a very disrespectful manner. After being awake for so long and completely exhausted, we were still required to pay the full reservation amount before even getting access to our room. We finally entered our room at 9 a.m. Afterward, we tried to speak with the manager multiple times, but our calls were either ignored or abruptly hung up on. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the reception and staff are extremely unprofessional and lack basic courtesy. Their service is disorganized, unresponsive, and disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Convenient location for a layover between flights, free transfer (I couldn't use it when I arrived, as it was 3 a.m., just when they have a break, but it was fine when returning to the airport in the evening). Good breakfast, comfortable bed. The bathroom was fine. I paid extra for a late check-out - the staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was very good, except I'd appreciate a shower cap and some body lotion/hand cream. You don't really want to unpack when your stay is less than a day.

the hotel was very nice. The shower was spacious with good water pressure. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! The staff was very friendly and, although I know some Portuguese, they knew English and was able to help me when I couldn't find the words I needed in Portuguese. The shuttle service to the airport was prompt.

When I ordered room service for dinner, they didn't have some things on the menu. I just wanted a light dinner of soup, and there was a chicken soup on the menu that I really wanted, but they were out of that.

The rooms are very spacious… The shower is great . Location is good , halls are very wide , food on the restaurant is delicious.. very good service in the restaurant..

The reception staff , could be away more friendly, they should have people to help go up with the suitcases we had to do by ourselves upstairs. Elevator is very small.. Also they should have drop off in the airport for Terminal 3 which is international flights., it would be great..

Excellent option for a layover in Guarulhos airport! Really good price and value for money. Transfer was smooth and free of charge. The staff was lovely and even managed a room for us before check-in time (much appreciated whilst travelling with a tired baby). The on-site restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Buffet is plentiful, breakfast too and there is also options from the menu (even vegan). Partly covered closed in courtyard is also a big plus for hanging out (safely) and catching some fresh air. There is even a small gym. Our room was clean and bright and we got a baby crib free of charge. We didn’t leave the hotel area at all and yet had a wonderful layover waiting for our next flight!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and fast. Staff was polite. Paid parking lot available was very helpful. They do offer airport shuttle, but we had a rental, so we didn't need to use it. Wi-Fi worked well. 10 min drive from the airport

I was very disappointed at the breakfast. The plates/cups were very dirty, with leftover food and grease in it. I only ate 2 cheese bread and a small piece of lemon cake because I did not feel good about the rest of the food. My fiance ate more things and had a stomachache a few hours later...

Hotel looks new and furniture is modern. I liked the shower (spacious and high pressure water) and the restaurant. Bed was comfortable and big. Smart TV in the room + snacks and mini bar available. Free airport transport every hour and breakfast included.

Would improve the transport to airport to hotel. If the van is full and loaded when picking up people, I would send it back to pick up the left ones (imagine waiting for 1 hour after 10/12 hours flying). It happened to us (2 persons) and another girl when we were waiting for the van at the airport. Van got loaded quickly and we were eft out. We had to wait for a partner van (of a nearby hotel) coming 30 minutes after it or we should have waited 1 hour for next van of our hotel. We tried to call the hotel 3/4 times with no answer.

Additionally, the breakfast exceeded my expectations by far. The staff was attentive, and the facilities were suitable for an overnight stay, especially for someone like me with an early flight the next day. Despite driving myself, the shuttle service offered added convenience for travelers needing to commute to and from the airport.

Parking is offered in a building next door, but it posed a slight challenge as I had to locate security to unlock the gate, which struck me as unusual. Unfortunately, the garage is inaccessible from the outside, so without someone to open the gate, accessing the car is impossible. It's worth noting that this situation leaves you dependent on someone with the remote, which, in my case, wasn't available, hence the inconvenience..

Great location near to the airport, very comfortable room for a quick overnight stay.

Unfortunately we arrived late the night before and the free transfer to the airport at the time we needed was fully booked. We got a taxi fine instead, but it would be good to know that it’s best to book the slot in advance. This is only a minor point, we should have probably been more proactive too.

The shuttle bus does not go to terminal 3 unlike i read in the review in the morning the traffic was terrible and i nearly missed my flight ,the shuttle bus driver was no help took me to terminal to i couldnt be bothered to explain how to get to terminal 3 until i had to ask him 5 times .The hotel itself was very good clean and well organised the "free"shuttle service took the shine of my stay.
