Central location at walking distance from many interesting places. The hotel was busy with many local tourists, so it’s obviously popular. The breakfast (included in my deal) was particularly good.

Several things didn’t work and were not resolved while I was there: - the safe didn’t have instructions about how to reset it, and no one came to resolve the issue, - the key card didn’t work several times during my stay, so as I was on a high floor I had a number of long waits for the elevator to return to reception to get the card fixed.

I really liked the hotel's location; it's close to the city center, and I was able to walk to several famous tourist spots. I highly recommend it, especially for those visiting the American consulate, as it's nearby. The breakfast was delicious. I didn't use the pool or the gym, but I saw that they had a swimming area and treadmills in the gym. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and it had a minibar, TV, and hairdryer. I also used the luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful.

I wasn't very pleased with the air conditioner in the room because it was quite noisy, but I didn't need to use it that night. I found the room service to be a bit pricey, but there were many options available. Unfortunately, what affected my experience the most was the behavior of some other guests who were quite rude to the staff, which made me feel uneasy.

It was a decent establishment, with all the basic necessities a hotel needed to provide , The staff were extremely helpful and very polite and the breakfast was amazing. My room was adequate and contained the basic things. The hotel was located in Lapa (20 min Uber away from copacobanna)

I loved everything

The price was excellent for what we needed: a comfortable place to stay until our 9pm flight, since we had a 12pm checkout from our hotel. Much more comfortable to take a nap in a bed rather than an airport lounge chair.

Comforter had random marks. Old stains? Not a total deal breaker but others might complain.

Value for money, very friendly and helpful staff, clean, good location for our weekend stay to enjoy the nearby sights and nightlife which were a short walk away, very safe place, and a nice shower

Plan to eat elsewhere, we did not enjoy the food, the hotel is perfect to stay in but there are plenty of other food options nearby

Too many screaming kids at night, and not little babies, kids were out of control and nobody paid attention, was not nice having almost every night during 2 weeks loud neighbors, administrators have to pay attention at quiet times! This is business hotel ….

Location, pool, food.

I was taken aback when out of the blue, there was a water shortage almost turning into a water cut. That made the showering a miserable experience...to say the least...aside from that, all worked like a Swiss Watch...Cheers! 😎🥂

Location is perfect,lots of restaurants nearby,very good breakfast & infinity pool is amazing w overlooking views,highly recommended.

Towels aren’t very clean & alarm on my floor is so noisy.I need to call the information to off the alarm.

Accessible by public transportation. Restaurants and stores close by. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Staff was excellent.

Neighborhood wasn't great. Homeless people and sidewalks dirty.

Mattress was old and not comfortable. Breakfast was good but the same food every day. Did not get room cleaned daily.
