Very nice room, one of the best rainfall showers possible and soundproofing that worked during a very loud festival right outside. Super hotel.

Uber Eats unfortunately does not work normally in this area, there is no tracking to show when the delivery arrives, messaging failed and they reduced my name to 2 initials. After pacing around the entry for a long time staring hungrily at my phone exactly like the guy who missed his dinner I inquired at reception and got quite a lecture on how I needed to have Uber Eats be different and was given the meal left at reception. This is a routine thing, understand it correctly, and do not lecture your guests.

Breakfast was exceptional - choice, presentation with a beautiful view over the Kurpark - absolutely something and more for everyone. The room was spacious and quiet with comfortable beds, good decor and plenty of accessible sockets for phones, laptops etc. We particularly liked that the room safe is at waist height, no need kneel to use it as is usual in many hotels. The bathroom was practical and functional, the water temperature in the shower was easily adjusted and constant.

I have nothing negative to say.

I like the place and the hotel. The breakfast is good.

I did not like that they took off the possibility to make tea or coffee in the room.

Location is amazing with great view to the park, was nice to have 2 apartments with a revolving door as kids could have their own room. Breakfast was good.

There is no parking, only public one under the hotel, one gets a discount from reception. There was no iron in the room. The pool looked nice and water warm but the room temperature it was just suffocating hot inside, there was no AC or windows, think was over 40 degrees like a sauna in the pool area so we couldn’t stay. And it couldn’t be adjusted…

Nice room with balcony,modern shower. Very good breakfast buffet. Excellent location, right in the center near shopping streets, old town and not far to the train station.

They need to vacuum the carpets more, in the hallways and the hotel rooms! We opted for just one day of cleaning, the guy came right into our room ( no knocking first!). Cleaned just the bath room which was ok.

The room was spacious and comfy, there was a free bottle of water and a fridge for my drinks. There was alo free sweets which were very nice and a welcome to Germany.

The fridge had no freezer to store my brfeastmilk that I was pumping. There was hair in my bath tub to show that the cleaner did not really do a thorough job.

We loved this hotel because it has everything to make you feel comfortable and being pampered. Rooms are spacious as well as wardrobe, desks and armchairs. In the bathroom there are toiletries. Swimming pool is small but clean and surrounded with trees and has a view at the park. We loved goodnight sweets on pillows. We stayed only one night but hope to be back one day and stay longer.. although this hotel is not new, newer hotels should learn from it about hospitality.

Pillows could be a bit more stuffed for my taste but still they were very comfy for the rest of the family. Garage charge for hotel guests is quite high - should be complimentary at least for some period.

I travel a lot for work - this is one of my favourite hotels to stay in. The staff are very friendly and approachable, the beds are very comfortable and I like that the hotel seems to be very conscious about sustainability. The hotel is central to the shopping centre and also to the Park.

I had to hunt for an iron - there were two available in a dingy room. One of the iron's had some food stains on it.

Very clean, spacious room with good blackout curtains. Excellent shower, decent enough hairdryer for hotel standards, good sized towels. Plenty of coat hangers and storage. Free luggage storage when checking out if you want to stay in town for a while. Good WiFi. Mini fridge in room. Ironing facilities on the 4th floor. Didn't use the aircon or leisure facilities so no rating for those.

Breakfast was nice but too expensive (go across the road to the bakery), no free parking (subsidised at 15€ per 24 hours), 10€ per hour early check in fee is ridiculous. No coffee making facilities unless you book a suite.

We spent two nights to attend a theatre festival and brought along our dog. Location was great for theatre, restaurants and sightseeing and very convenient for dog owners as there was an adjacent park. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had good variety.

Parking was conveniently located but expensive. Coming back at night from the theatre there was a long queue at the vending machine, fighting for the last pretzels. We would have liked to have the chance to order a sandwich, salad or any decent snack.
