Fantastic stay! The breakfast selection was superb, complete with gluten-free bread options. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to assist us. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. Also, the shower was a delight with its hot water and excellent water pressure. Highly recommend!

Great hotel with room for improvement. A 24-hour bar would be a fantastic addition; being able to enjoy a mojito at 3am would be delightful. Also, while the hotel does receive Amazon deliveries, it would be more convenient if they delivered packages directly to the room, rather than having to pick them up at the reception. It's a small detail, but it could enhance the overall experience.

The staff at the hotel were amazing they helped us out many times with travelling on the train and bus system, they printed out steps on what to use up to the destination. They didn’t charge for using there iron, and travel plug. Always willing to help and extremely clean

I stayed at this hotel for a work trip, and it was quite convenient for my needs. The hotel was clean, the staff were very helpful and polite, which made my stay pleasant.

The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality. One thing to note is that it's about 40-50 minutes from the city center, so it's a bit far.

I chose this hotel not because I was visiting Berlin on a vacation, but because it was walking distance to several Institutes of Humboldt University. Everything about the hotel far exceeded my expectations. The room was very quiet, comfortable and very clean. The hotel and restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and polite. The breakfast always had a large selection of a variety of a number of different items, including locally sourced meats. The location of a tram stop directly in front of the property was extremely convenient. Overall an excellent value for the price.

The staff at reception were really nice. The room was very spacious especially for a couple. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. If you like your pillows a little harder, I would suggest bringing your own. Public transport was easily accessible from the hotel. It took 30ish minutes from the hotel to get to the city center. The hotel provided parking but we opted to park along the side street (free parking) which was good. Breakfast was good with a selection of things to choose from.

Some feedback: The room had not been used for a few days as there was dust gathered on the phone and a few other places. Giving the room a once over before welcoming guests would be helpful. The AC would not go lower then 18 degrees. It was really warm even with 18, especially at night. It would also be awesome if the bottled water in the room was replenished everyday. Parking should be free considering the cost of a nights stay.

A hotel is nice and clean, has a big parking, breakfast is really good. Metro station in 10 min walk, near 1 hour to the city center by S-Bahn. Several good restaurants and cafes near the hotel, enough places to eat or buy smth.

Unfortunately- no refrigerator and no safe in the room, it could be great to have it.

5 to 8 minutes walking distance to many scientific institution in the area like HZB, DLR, and more. There's a Kaufland in 5 minutes walking distance. They had Rituals shower jel and soap in the rooms, which was a big plus. Comfortable bed, room not too big but big enough for 2.

Breakfast was ok but didn't have much choices. My room had a cupboard that looked like a refrigirator, but didn't contain one - a fake refrigirator, so to say 😐

Good location as I was attending an event in Adlershof and very close to public transport for the city centre. Staff is very nice and there is a program that gets you a free drink if you don't get your room cleaned when staying more than 1 night.

Mini fridge and more bathroom toiletries would be appreciated as it was a 2 Iin 1 shampoo/body wash combination.

It's a high quality hotel located away from city center, but close to public transport. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all what's needed. Breakfast was also very good, everything was fresh and tasty (except from the scrambled eggs)

Entrance to the underground garage is very narrow, hard to drive in and out. Before we managed to maneuver, the gate closed. The ventilation (heating) in the room was very loud, had to turn it off to be able to sleep. At breakfast, the scrambled eggs were not so good (very dry). It would be nice if there was a possibility to charge a car at the location (slow charger would be enough)

Excellent breakfast, with assorted fruits and many options, very kind staff, confortable and clean room.

A mini fridge would have been great, and the double bed required was actually 2 single beds put together. (wich did not really affect negatively my stay, just wasn't what I expected)
