We booked a junior suite with a hot plate and fridge as we were staying a few days. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was great and there is loads of parking. A great location for us

We wanted to watch the Olympics but our television was broken. It took them two days to tell us that it needed replacing rather than a quick fix, which they already knew when checking us in. When I asked about a change of room or replacement, one male member of staff at reception ask me ‘what my problem was, it was all going to be in German anyway’ . I was not impressed!!! He also didn’t try and find us a new room as promised. However, thankfully a female member of staff was much more professional and helpful.

Location and surrounding. Friendliness of staff and breakfast personal. Breakfast was good, lots of choice.

Room cleaning, none of the five days we stayed was the floor cleaned, shame. The shower was ok, but the glass enclosure was half way, and the water was splashing outside on the basin area, that's poor design.

The staff is really nice and welcoming, ready to help, while booking the room on the Internet I was asked about any special requests I could have, I had a couple, not only they were fulfilled but I have also received an email almost immediately to inform me, I appreciated it a lot, the hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, breakfast was nice

I would come here again. The location was quiet and near all the stores.We had free parking and good internet. The room was clean and pretty spacious. The breakfast was ok.

The sheets and the pillows made noise when you moved in bed. The bathroom soap was empty and the coffee pods were missing. But these reasons won't make me avoid them next time or say that I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Perfect for short stay by car. Hotel has enough parking places and also late check inn was OK. Room is small but comfortable and breakfast was good! Check inn & out was smooth and quick

Hotel is not so close to Munich but as we continued our journey to Nürnberg it was good choice to avoid traffic jams.

I loved everything! The room was super clean and smelled nice. The location was really charming and the interior design was beautiful. The staff were super kind and welcoming too.

Well positioned, just thirty minutes away from München. There is a small kitchen that can be used. Good security, the guests get a room card that can also be used to enter the other side of the building.

I would have appreciated if there had been instructions of the electric cooker written somewhere. It'd really help those who don't have the same one at home or never seen one before. The receptionist couldn't help either.

Breakfast was ok. Location is in a commercial area, plenty of space for cars, several discounters around. Ideal for commuting to Munich (with your own car) or stop-over with your bus.

There are several bus stops around but all abit too far away for frequent/regular/convenient use (~1km each).
