The location of the hotel was perfect, the staff couldn't be nicer and we could use the parking garage as well, very convenient. The room was clean and comfortably big, the bed was really spacious & nice, and we enjoyed the breakfast spread too.

The bathroom could've been a tiny bit cleaner & more fitted, we had half empty bottles of body wash & hand wash & only one roll of TP at first, but everything else was really great.

Fantastic location right next to the Westfahlenhallen where I went for ComicCon. The staff were very friendly, the room comfortable, clean and elegant, and there was a beautiful Christmas tree in the foyer. And, last but certainly not least, there were great vegan options at breakfast, something every other hotel I‘ve stayed in was sorely lacking. For this alone I‘d have given the best review possible. Thank you for thinking of your vegan guests!

Rooms are spacious, though last year I got a superior room and it was slightly better in terms of confort. The bathroom is a bit old, but it is functional (I guess the bathtub is useless nowadays and a large shower would be better). Breakfast is amazing, full of choice and pretty good coffee, too.

I booked as a solo traveller. The room I choose was a double with double bed. I only found one pillow on the bed (which was bad as I use to sleep on two pillows especially because the one provided was quite low).

Great Breakfast with plenty of choice, good coffee. Good size very clean room with comfortable bed. Shower had good water pressure and temperature. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location easy to get to just off the Autobahn, with Dortmund Messe just across a walk bridge. The food in the restaurant was excellent with the ribeye steak being the best on the menu.

Price is a little on the high side, would recommend going with breakfast included as that is £18 per day otherwise. If you drive there parking is £18 per day on top.

Proximity to Signal Iduna Park was unreal. With no dip in quality if stay as a result. Was in town for a BVB match and found it so easy to go to and from the stadium. People were overly kind.

My only complaint would be the fact that my double bed came with 2 single comforters, which I've found is not uncommon. But as a tall person, my feet were poking out at times.

We went to a concert next door and just came to the hotel to sleep and left the next morning at around 6 am to be back on time for school and work - the room was OK, we slept well.

Hotel parking was full, street parking and parking garages nearby all full or reserved - that was annoying.

Only stayed one night, couldn’t have chosen a better place. Really friendly and helpful staff, a few minutes into city, great facilities, exceeded our expectations hoping to travel back next year and will be looking to stay here again. Would recommend staying here.

All aspects of our stay went really well. I appreciate the room wasn't disabled friendly, not a real problem. Did find the bathroom a bit of a tight squeeze getting in. Not a complaint I may add!! Felt well looked after by the staff. Good location for what we wanted to do at the exhibition hall!! Good breakfast selection.

Only a small thing. The choice of evening meal was a bit limited. Expand the menu please. And the option for decaffeinated coffee. If it was there and I didn't see it !! Better identification possibly!!

The facilites were great! It is super close to the concert venue Westfallenhalle, which is why I chose it. Very accessible to public transit though. The staff is also very accommodating and friendly. I would say definitely book in advance if there are any events around because the rates change significantly.

Visiting for the football game and for that purpose can't be any better..just 5 mins walk. Deluxe suit was excellent, over the top comfort. Breakfast was good too.

May be some nice play things for kids would be nicer..only only futsal table was there..
