There was a mix-up and we received a room that was marked as clean but wasn't, but the emergency number (staff on-site) responded immediately, gave us a different and equal room within a minute, apologized, and gifted us a coffee the next morning. Important positive feature: problem-solving skills!

The code system (instead of cards) is intuitive and I'm sure the intentions behind it are responsible, but it's definitely not more convenient than cards.

Check-in was easy and the clerk was very friendly. The room was on the small side but clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. No hot foods though. Would be really good for vegetarians. Desk clerk ordered a taxi for the me to get back to the airport.

Location. You have to take a taxi from the airport. There is no public transport nearby. Also, this is, to me, an industrial area so don't look for scenery. Food options are nowhere nearby. I was told about a place 15 minutes walk away, which tells me it was a mile away. I would never find my way back.

The location was ok , not really fare from the airport. For me the breakfast needs some sorte of rearangement/ different presentation , I think there is a variete of food but it was dispatched all over the counter sometimes hidden in a basket on top shelf. . but the coffee machine is very convenient The front desk agents are 5 stars, 'Thomas ' was very welcoming, very funny, he really made the difference after a stresfull day my flight to SF was cancelled and all the hotels around the FKt airport were sold out... Thank you Thomas. I liked the fact he went through all the details , room key code, check out time, vending machine, breakfast time, and Uber ..... The other agent (sorry I didn't get her name) she was good , thank you for helping me with the phone charger.

This hotel is an excellent choice when flying out of Frankfurt Airport. Room was small but still adequate size as was the bathroom with walk-in shower. Parking (incl. charging stations) is free behind the building but may fill up towards the evening. Payment is at check-in. so no check-out required in the morning, very convenient. Near gas stations (to fill up the rental car) and several restaurants. Very easy and quick drive (10-15 Minutes) to Frankfurt Airport. Breakfast is extra and can be booked at check-in (did not use).

No refrigerator or safe in the room.

By far the least expensive hotel we stayed at - it's a little outside the center of town, but it's easy driving/Uber distance to the city center. The room was also comfortable and served our purpose. There is also free parking on-site.

The front desk staff is only part time, so there is no one on duty at night. I understand that they're doing this as a cost-saving measure, but I much prefer having someone I can reach at all hours just in case there's a problem.

You'll be greeted by an incredible friendly receptionist who will provide you with all the information you'll need and want during your stay at Frankfurt. The hotel itself has a great location with stops for the city public transport close by, good markets and a quiet area during the night. Also, it's a great option for travelers who need to check out really early if they have an early flight to catch. All in all, a great option to stay for whatever reason you have to stay in Frankfurt.

An hotel from the B&B chain. Quite new, clean and quiet. The parking lot is spacious and you can go directly to the room by elevator, which is practical with suitcases. We have been there several times, it is a good option to stay in that area of ​​Frankfurt. Attentive and nice staff.

Hotel used by business people and workers to spend the night, which is why the cleaning staff knocked and entered the room at 8, even though we were still inside with the lock closed. They should be attentive to these details in a hotel that is otherwise perfect.

Stayed one night to catch an early flight from Frankfurt Airport. Room was as advertised, clean, beds comfy, plenty of hot water in the shower, but minimal amenities (this was expected). Parking was convenient, driving to the airport was a breeze. There are restaurants around and a Lidl conveniently nearby. The person at the reception was very helpful.

The air conditioning was not working even after trying multiple options. Seems like it's centrally controlled. We ended up opening the window to cool down the room. Unfortunately this also means more noise from the street and highway. With the windows closed it was by no means overly warm, we just liked it cooler for a better sleep.

Everything perfect as expected from a B&B. Quite new rooms and in perfect condition. The person who assisted us at check-in was very friendly, he made sure to give us all the information about the room, car-park and restaurants in the area.

The only point to improve are the pillows. We are not particularly sensitive but we all found them very flat and excessively fluffy. We had very quiet rooms on the parking lot side of the building, I don't know what the experience would have been like if we'd had rooms on the highway side.
