Very nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay a lot. Nice and comfortable bed, good sized room, no plane noise but still close by to the airport and a great breakfast. I also used the gym which is very big and well maintained. The staff was extremely kind especially Imran (you’re the most empathetic person ever, big 🙏).

We had a small incident by check in, namely I was checked in under a different name and the payment was taken twice. The receptionist did not want to see my pass even if I offered to her as well as the reservation number otherwise this incident wouldn’t have happened but no problem. We all learn from mistakes Im happy Imran solved it ;).

Room was warm, clean and comfortable, though a bit small. Everything was functioning. All toiletries in place. Location of the hotel is a bit secluded with no market nearby.

TV was primitive age, it only showed German channels, didn't support USB, HDMI or a device casting so you have to compulsorily watch German channels, even if you don't understand. There was no light in the room, it was lit by bathroom lights' reflection

Bed was very comfortable, room was large and nice designed. My room was quite silent eventhough it was on the 1st floor and road side. Fitness center was not that large but satisfactory. Welcome cookie was delicious.

I hope that people in the reception are able to smile sometimes :). Little friendly and warm welcome would be better. However people in the bar war quite friendly. Breakfast was ok but in my opinion25 EUR is too expensive. There is nothing special. 5 EUR / bottle for the room water was weird. At least 1 bottle should be free without premium membership etc...

Almoust everything: staff, cleaning and so.

Last morning I've asked for breakfast to go, my flight was very early in the morning. I am sorry I didn't take a picture of what I received as a breakfast. This was the only point where: "customer orientated and friendly" was not applied at all.

Everything was excellent, from the way I was treated upon arrival, to the cleanliness of the room and the fantastic neighbourhood the hotel is located in.

Though the room was a little chilly at night, it was still acceptable. But the heater/AC should be fixed.

the room was clean and spaceous, nice view , very good breakfast. Perfect for 1 night stay, not far from the airport

the staff could be more wellcomming at least with a smile. no minibar or possibility to eat in the late evening.

Not crowded . The room was big enough and the hotel is close to the train station.

Receptionist made a mistake with my reservation, talking about missing payment while everything was paid through booking. Also found a small cockroach in my bathroom.

Wonderful staff and breakfast. Everyone was so nice and welcoming . Will definitely stay again .

Hilton have to get that second elevator repaired !!

Convenient location. Helpful staff. Would recommend for business travellers. Great facilities.
