This is probably one of the best value hotels I have ever stayed in! The room is fantastic. It is not brand new by any means but very well maintained and clean. The room was a real highlight for me - the air con is lovely and cold (and quiet!) and I had a nice view of the city skyline. I would definitely return here when visiting Frankfurt!

Check-in was slow as was getting parking paid for - but I think that is splitting hairs as the whole experience of this hotel was really great!

Have stayed in this hotel before and I knew that it would be good. It's fairly modern, it's clean, comfortable and convenient with good ambience. The restaurant staff are just great and very accommodating and the food is well done although the menu is not spectacular. WIFI service was great.

The hotel needs to upgrade provisions for all the devices that travellers take with them these days. My wife and I travel with a total of 6 devices (cell phones, tablets, speakers......) that need USB ports for over-night charging plus we have laptop PC's. While our laptops can be plugged into standard electrical receptacles for re-charging there aren't any USB ports in the rooms for the other devices and it was a real challenge to get all devices and device chargers plugged in for re-charging and meant we had to swap devices in and out for charging. There is an Ethernet (pretty certain) connection but I have no idea what network (usually a Local Area Network) that would be used for. This is probably an out-dated technology provision. WIFI service was good however.

I like the fact that we have an option to do an express check in. This was supposed to reduce the waiting time when we arrive at the hotel. i also like that the hotel prepared a baby cot for us. the parking space was also large enough for our vehicle.

Though we booked via the express check in, we had to wait a few minutes at the check in. I was hoping that there is a machine or something like that to give us our keys, so that we don't have to wait.

Hotel was very good with respect to Staff, Cleanliness, Restaurant. But the lift ( Elevator) to the 4th Floor was not working. Except 4th Floor , for all other floors , the list was working. I have requested room in another floor, since I had Knee Pain, they have agreed and provided me a room in another floor. Location was good. It was very near to Main River.

Rooms were nice and clean , there was a fridge and a kettle. Bathroom was clean and well designed. If you are traveling by car, it takes around 15 min to get to the center.There is a large supermarket just across the street.

The rooms facing the main street are nice and bright but on the other side of the hotel the rooms are facing a cemetery but we had the room changed when asking.

The hotel is pleasant overall, located in a location quite close to the airport and is suitable for a quick stay of a few days. We appreciated the fact that the breakfast is varied and the food is tasty. Although they do not offer water in the room, there is a small "shop" at the reception where you can buy almost any kind of drink and snacks.

Rooms are quite small and they lacked bottled water in the rooms.

Have been staying at this property for more than 5 years, it's like a home to me. Breakfast is quite a good spread, rooms are comfortable, the best thing is this property has Parking for cars . Staff very much caring, location is pretty near to the airport , also not far off from the city centre. All in all a good value for money.

very good hotel for business purpose as it was close to the location where we were having the event. I choose this hotel because I know the overall high quality of the hotel chain and it was well situated close to my event location.

There was no gym in the hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This made the stay a positive experience. Overall the hotel met our expectations and was great for a one night stay to see a concert. A little far to walk back from the arena though, especially late at night. The S8 tram is very close though, so recommend this even if you need to wait for the return trip. Parking access was easy.

easy check in process

no water in the room. When asked in the reception, the staff said that you can only pay for water and the cost was 7€!! for a small bottle. (which is ridiculous). When paying, as we paid with card the staff suddenly change his mind and say is 3€… Very upsetting as he clearly wanted to scam us.. Hope the hotel takes care of these details seriously.
