I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Frankfurt. Everything about the experience was top-notch. The room was excellent, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is perfect, conveniently close to everything you might need in the city. What truly stood out was the outstanding guest service from the moment I arrived until departure. The reception team was very helpful and professional, especially Deepak, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was extremely kind, guest-oriented and truly made me feel welcome. His professionalism and dedication to service were impressive and truly appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Frankfurt—great rooms, great service, and a great team.

Great view from premium room and helpful staffs. I had ac issue with my panorama room so I went around most of the same room and got moved to premium room So I’ll write what I felt with those rooms down below.

Very stupid room setup for a ‘panorama room’ First of all, the room itself is really small that you don’t even have any space to put your luggage. It has panorama window but there’s nothing you can see with that windows since one side is blocked by the building itself and another side was blocked as well because they have stupidly big desk with tv which was attached on the desk. I dare to say this useless desk is taking 1/3 of the space of your room I was moving 3 times with the panorama rooms but everything was same.

This is a good hotel that lives up to the Radisson brand, located right in the center of Frankfurt. It features an excellent terrace, a restaurant, and a smoking area. The view from the window is great, overlooking the city. As it was my first visit to Frankfurt, this hotel really helped me enjoy my trip.

The food at the hotel restaurant is very expensive, and its quality isn't top-notch. While the hotel staff are competent, they are sometimes prone to inappropriate jokes.

The best hotel in Frankfurt in 4 star price range. Gym with sauna and swimming pool. Tremendous view from room. Excellent location. Outstanding breakfast with wide variety of food. For sure will stay here with next visit in Frankfurt.

Air conditioner was sometimes a little cold in the rooms and didnt heat up well, but air was fresh. On check out lobby desk refused to issue the invoice, because the reservation was made through booking, and I was forced to invest some time to get the invoice as booking.com is not issuing them - it should be done by hotel. Hope they solved this issue already.

disappointed with the receptionist's unhelpfulness

I stayed for one night on a business trip and needed an adapter for my charger. When I asked the receptionist for help, she told me they didn't have any and sent me on a wild goose chase with incorrect information and directions, wasting two hours of my morning. When I returned to the hotel, I asked the room supervisor, who immediately offered me four different adapters to choose from. While I was pleased to have my problem resolved, I was extremely disappointed with the receptionist's unhelpfulness. I don't know her name, but she was wearing a nose ring.

I would like to express my gratitude to Marouen, the front desk agent at Radisson Blu Hotel Frankfurt. His warm welcome and professionalism greatly contributed to making my stay enjoyable. He was particularly attentive, helpful, and efficient, answering all my questions with a smile. Thanks to him, my experience at the hotel was even more memorable. I highly recommend Marouen for his excellent service and would like to extend my sincere thanks to him.

The stay was good. Staffs were welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful. My 7 year old son enjoyed swimming at the pool. The building looks fancy from outside. My stay was at 11th floor and so I had nice view from my window.

The parking was overpriced. 23 euros for 24 hours if you are going in and coming out of parking multiple times. (obvious we are on a trip) For single usage, it was 6 euros.
