This hotel is great for a stay in Frankfurt. The room is spacious and cozy, and they clean it every day. You don't have to worry about safety here, unlike some other hotels in the area. I know this because I've seen some sketchy places around. This hotel is different, it's secure.

On our last day, we arrived at the door and found it locked with a note saying "one sec I will right back". We had to wait outside for 20-30 minutes, along with four other customers. This was unprofessional.

I recently stayed at the Artium Hotel and had an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, making the check-in process quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night’s sleep. The hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—every staff member was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

- 6-7-min walk from the main station - Plenty of restaurants and food choices in the neighborhood - One REWE to go across the street (although with limited offers) - Air conditioner in the room (which was needed during the heat wave) - Fridge available - Spacious bathroom - No noise from other rooms

- The room was not fully dark (light coming in below the curtains and under the bathroom door) - No common facilities (e.g. a space to sit) and a small lobby - There were no plugs next to the bed

I think this is a good place to stay close to the central train station. The room was big and it had air conditioning which was a plus for me after a day of walking in the heat. I praise the fact that the front desk person speaks five languages.

I accidently stained one my bedsheets and they were never changed although the rest of the room was cleaned. Also, people need to bear in mind that although the location is great and central to main attractions, the surrounding areas might be sketchy and perhaps unsafe, especially for women.

The location was good. All main attractions within a 20 minute walk from the property. Nice room which great facilities. Good, comfy bed (pillows a bit too thin though) nice shower, bathroom, kettle, space, safe, etc. Staff were lovely and spoke english. Check in and check out were super easy too! Really good value for money and super comfortable and nice stay!

It was pretty cold in the evening, it was November so that is to be somewhat expected. Close to Frankfurt Main HBF station so quite a few suspicious, under the influence people around which didn’t feel completely safe as young female travellers.

Hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations. I was quite satisfied with spacious premises and every service it had to offer. Room and bathroom are very inteligently organized and decorated with a lot of taste. Location was excelent, and all the city atractions and transport points are in a walking distance. Staff very proffesional, polite and helpful. I'd like specially to recommend receptionist Sergian (my appology if name not written right) who was so kind to offer me help regarding available transport options and a lot of it. Such workers are examples of the best receptionists you may imagine. Evey recommendation for this hotel.

The Atrium Hotel was a wonderful surprise. Super spacious room, comfy bed, with nice touches including a mini-fridge and kettle with free tea and coffee. Super quiet, yet overlooking a busy main street. Two added bonuses: A room safe that is made for laptops and equipment, and a deep soaking tub. Located in a vibrant neighborhood with many dining choices, and a market right across the street. I appreciated the five minute walk to the train station. I almost did not book this gem after reading some reviews that mention the "shady" neighborhood. I am a single woman and felt totally safe.

Excellent location for a quick stop to sightseeing Frankfurt! The staff were super friendly and the bed was so comfortable!

Our room smelled a loooot of tobacco (which was ironical since our room was a non smokers room)... I believe it was impregnated on the curtains so please wash them so the smell goes away.. When I woke up, because of that, I went to the bathroom to open the window to smell fresh air and discovered that it was broken... What was good actually because it opened more that it supossed to...! But still I was scared that the window fell out or something... In short, the room needs better deeper cleaning and a maintenance!
