Hotel Amadeus made our visit to Germany much more enjoyable and colorful. The immaculate rooms, tranquility, and comfort exceeded our expectations. The public trams and buses were nearby, providing direct access to the central train station. Above all, the exquisite breakfast, featuring freshly prepared hot and cold options, a variety of cheeses and deli products, all kinds of German breads, eggs cooked to your preference, vegan options, fresh fruit juices, and top-quality freshly brewed coffee, was both a delightful surprise and a pleasant treat for our family. Such a breakfast service and quality of ingredients are hard to find not only in Germany but throughout Europe. We would like to thank all the hardworking hotel staff and let them know that they are at the top of our recommendation list for the Hannover area, a sentiment we have shared with our friends and family. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Amadeus in Hanover, and I must say—it struck all the right chords. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night’s sleep despite being in a lively part of town. Bonus points for the high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV setup—perfect for both work and relaxation. 🍽️ Dining Experience The breakfast buffet was a standout: fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re craving local delicacies or international classics, the kitchen delivers with flair. I also tried the hotel’s restaurant for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and creativity of the menu. 👥 Service & Staff The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, offering great recommendations for local attractions and handling every request with a smile. 📍 Location & Amenities Situated conveniently close to public transport and just a short ride from Hanover’s city center, Hotel Amadeus is ideal for both business travelers and tourists. The location was good, only about a 10 minute walk to the bus/tram stop into Hannover town centre. The rooms were lovely and clean and the beds very comfortable. Rooms cleaned and tea/coffee replenished every day. A good sized fridge in the room too. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice for us as vegetarian and alternative non dairy milks and yogurts available. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent breakfast- out of this world. Hard to find anywhere that thinks of so many options and the quality was great. One of the highlights was the large honeycomb slab. The cleanliness was also very good. The staff were all so, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

The air-conditioning wasn't up to the task

Family room very spacious and well thought out. Beds comfortable. All facilities there, including kettle and fridge. All clean and in order. Breakfast was very good with good variety of foods for every taste. Even had juicer so you can make your own orange juice. Were able to boil your eggs to your own taste too, with boiling water and a timer provided. Pretty interesting. Restaurant available in the evening too, from 6pm, where you pay a set price and can enjoy anything you like (buffet style), even cook your own steak! We were able to park in the secure back yard as did reserve a spot for €15. A bit tight. Not cheap, but at least you're parked behind a secure gate. You have to ring a bell for the receptionist so they open the Gate remotely for you. Most of the staff very welcoming, although had a feeling they were training some new staff both days, so the level wasn't top notch (yet!) as they tried to charge us for the stay again twice! 😅

The breakfast menu is impressive. Ginger shots, vegetable grill, chicken wings, and even different kinds of sugar. Just to name a few examples. I was already surprised to find some fresh lemonade at the reception on the check-in, but the breakfast has shown that the hotel likes the small details to make the guests feel comfortable.

The property was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was plentiful and amazing.

We had a family room and we had bunk beds. This was the only thing that let the stay down, they creaked so loud and were so noisy I could not sleep. I could not fault anything else.

Location not so great, on main road opposite a fuel station. Family rooms a little noisy at corner of building by road, next to fire escape stairs.

The parking lot is difficult to find, because I have to use out side parking which is contracted the hotel. But reception support the way to garage, so I can go. I reserve my parking lot before staying, so if they inform outside garage information, it is best way.

We had a charge on our room for something we had not ordered. A pizza and some drinks. The reception didn't make an issue of it. However I would suggest for customers to provide both room number and name before being able to charge something to the room. While we had done nothing wrong, it just gave us a bad feeling.
