Very comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast, with hot and cold options, and a great herbal tea section. Very friendly staff. Lovely food in restaurant, and plenty of room to relax with friends in the lobby and bar. Prompt shuttle service to and from airport. Tea/coffee facilities in room. Clean. Large elevators, which is not essential, but it was a great bonus for a family with luggage to be able to do just the one trip upstairs all together.

Door in shower area in both rooms leaked, so anything on the floor got soaked. But other than that the shower itself was amazing.

The hotel is located in a small quiet town, near the airport. Very quiet and peaceful area. The hotel is clean. The restaurant is nice and offers two meal options - buffet for 19 euros and a la carte with free consumption. The bar offers good beer and other drinks. The staff is friendly and responsive. The best thing is that the hosts provide a free shuttle to the airport. The shuttles are very accurate.

The equipment is old (although well maintained) and there is no air conditioning system, but considering the low price of the stay and the fact that the hotel is used for sleeping between flights, this is not a big inconvenience.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my group. The breakfast was very good. I have stayed here before and will do so again in the future.

The rooms need to be refreshed as the facilities are getting a bit too old and used.

The hotel is located about a 15 to 20 minute shuttle ride from the arrivals level at FRA. Book the shuttle in advance to ensure a spot in the van. The shuttle leaves FRA on the half-hour and returns to FRA on the hour. The hotel appears to be in a light industrial area with some offices. The area was very quiet when I stayed on a Saturday night. The restaurant has decent but limited selection of main dishes etc. The entries will be between 15 Euros and 24 Euros. The breakfast buffet is very good with lots of cold and hot choices. The rooms are a reasonable size with a large bed (two singles pushed together), desk, dresser and arm chair. The bathroom had only a shower, which was fine for me. I thought the bed was a bit on the soft side (memory foam or similar), but still fine.

Bed was on the soft side for my liking.

The hotel is near the Waldsee, which has an excellent beach and where you can make excursions through a forest. Close to the airoport where the hotel offers transfer for 5 EUR. Excellent breakfast. Friedly staff.

The Bed was amazingly comfortable. it was quiet and the fast checkout worked well. I just stayed for a night, however as it has all the amenities you expect from a hotel, it would also work well for longer stays.

Despite having an official policy of mask-wearing advertised, there isn't one. Staff isn't wearing them, the guests aren't wearing them either except for the odd one (including us). I chose to stay there because i was going for a vacation and i have no interest on having my holidays ruined by getting sick. That ties in with the restaurant, which was divided into 2 sections. The breakfast and supper area. The Supper area was small and completely crowded with people. We asked if we could be seated somewhere away from the crowd and were harshly told "NO!!!". We promptly left and had supper somewhere else.

The room we had was large, the bed comfortable, the breakfast fantastic and the hotel very comfortable. The S Bahn is close by which has connections to go to the city centre. They offer you an infusion water flavored with cucumbers near the reception all day which is a nice service and also an apple to go :)

The place does not have restaurants close by. However, the dinner at the hotel was very nice.

This hotel is a great value. We had a long stop over in Frankfurt for a flight connection and decided to book here for 1 night. They are one of the only ones to offer a free shuttle service from and to the airport. It needs to be booked in advance as spots fill fast. Their rooms are not the most updated but they are very clean and comfortable. Their breakfast buffet I will never forget. They had so many freshly baked goodies and all sorts of options; hot or cold. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bar/restaurant seemed really cool too. We did not have a chance to go though. We will always stay here anytime in Frankfurt

Surroundings, room reception, coffee. Good aircon and fans. Friendly reception staff and helpful given our circumrstance. And the cook was not put out by our late meal given our late arrival.

The pillow bolsters on the beds. Not comfortable for my bad neck. I had to use an extra pillow but still not comfortable. I could have done without them. My sister did not like how far away it was from the main city centre.

It had everything we needed for a quick one night transfer. Very friendly staff.

Took me a little time to find my room. Some more signage would be helpful as you have to go through doorways and down corridors for the different hotel annexes.
