A really comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious rooms with excellent AC — perfect for the summer heat. There’s a good restaurant and a great breakfast to start the day. Underground parking is available (around €13/day), bookable through the hotel with easy access via license plate recognition.

The hotel is newly renovated, ideally located next to many bike lanes and well maintained parks, and very clean. The breakfast spread is good, though no fresh OJ is available. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom, large. The towels, surprisingly, feel somewhat thin. I imagine that the view of the Danube is quite nice, but getting a room with such a view comes with strings attached…

We were asked to pay at checking, which felt a little unfair - there we were, a family of three, traveling with our fat Golden Retriever … not exactly the picture of a group likely to skip out on their hotel bill - so why…? Then, there were no coffee making facilities in the room… I travel a fair bit and this is the first time I came across this. Next, the mini fridge was empty. Like the better view, this came with strings… so, in order to benefit the basic 4-star hotel amenities, you’re expected to book through them directly. Clever, yet so annoying…

This was an amazing hotel from start to finish! The staff were always friendly and helpful. When we walked into our room, we were literally "wowed" by the size and detail of little extras such as changing LED lights in the shower, option to get gift with forsake of room clean and all the extras that hotels used to give (lotions and sweets on the bed).The large windows opened up to a view of the old castle, the electronics were so up-to-date and the colours of the room were calm and well-coordinated. This was truely a wonderful experience and one of the most memorial parts of our holiday. We also visited the cafe and Piano Bar and both were enjoyable. The swimming pool and sauna were quiet enough when we went and lovely to enjoy a swim at the end of the day. The pool had two extra treats with a strong vent of water and a type of wave vent, which was fun to swim with. Lovely hotel and well worth the stay!!!

It would have been nice to have the swimming pool lights on when we went to brighten up the area :)

The breakfast, underground parking and shower are 10/10 Also special mention of the kind receptionists! The atmosphere of the ala cart restaurant in the hotel was very nice!

The temperature in the room couldn’t be controlled. Either the a/c controller was broken or the heating is controlled centrally. The pillows were one of the worst I have slept in a hotel. The fact that you can have a bathrobe and slippers for 5.00 eur extra charge is something I couldn’t understand for such a hotel

The check-in was great! I had a rental car, and I couldn’t find how the port baggage door opened and they helped me to google it and find out how (trust me it wasn’t easy)! The breakfast was exceptional with amazing variety and almost anything one could desire. The room was spacious, modern, and meticulously cleaned. They offer a gym, pool, spa, restaurants, and piano bar, but unfortunately, I was swamped working to enjoy any of these.

The only negative one could find is that the hotel offers no parking space and there aren’t any free parking options nearby. There is a -rather expensive- private car park just next to the hotel that I used. But overall there isn’t any negative thing to say about my stay!

The shower system was a bit weird They use this touch buttons to turn on and off the shower and even to control the water temp. It does not work very well...i had to try like 6 or 7 times to properly get it working. Plus, whenever i turn on bathroom light, there is this 'calm' music which I also have to turn off using the touch button located in the shower....bit weird. Plus, all of the light switches in the room were very hard to use. Stayed 4 night, but I still had no idea how their light switch works. Sometimes light turns on, sometimes it gets turned off with same switch...very weird..

I stayed at this hotel as an emergency break after a day filled with logistics hiccups and am extremely glad I did. The rooms are classy and stylish, well thought through and airy, the beds super comfy. Had originally not planned to have breakfast there but did so after seeing the nice restaurant and terrasse and it was a great start into a relaxed weekend after a rushed week. Atmosphere and personnel are very friendly and fresh, the location at the Donau river is great and the ancient city center a short walk away from it. Definitely a clear recommendation.

very nice hotel, the rooms were large and nice, the breakfast was delicious and with a large selection. the employees were friendly and welcoming. the location is central, we only stayed one night on our way south, so didn't get an impression of the area. Since pets are welcome, it would have been nice to have a couple of food and water bowls in the room, possibly also a small blanket. But all in all a nice hotel.

We found the value for money excellent, the room was spacious for the price, and we were especially happy about the quality of the breakfast buffet. We have been to more expensive places with much worse breakfast quality. Definitely recommend and plan to come back.

1) While the website said there would be a minibar in the room, instead of a filled minibar, there was a sign about "minibar but different this time: there is a vending machine in the entrance hall!". This is straight-up, not a minibar. I never cared about having a minibar in the room and didn't miss it, but someone trying to pretend there was one when there was none feels like a scam. I'd strongly prefer to hear what's going on ("we had a problem with theft" "the food/drinks would go bad because not many people purchased, and we want to reduce waste") rather than being lied to. 2) Sauna was inactive as they are waiting for replacement parts. I was looking forward to using the sauna! 3) The lights in the bathroom were a bit aggressive

WOW - this really is the benchmark. This is a new hotel and they really have considered everything. The reception is open and welcoming, the staff are attentive, quick, helpful and friendly. Our room was exceptional with large comfortable beds, modern bathroom and spotlessly clean. The piano bar is fantastic! The bar are staff fully attentive at all times. The breakfast dining area is HUGE - frontal cooking of your breakfast and a buffet that needs to be seen to be believed. Again here the staff are there to answer any questions. TOP!

There was nothing negative that we could find............. perhaps a signpost for the hotel car park on the main road would be helpful for those travelling from the direction of the motorway.
