The hotel is well located, comfortable and has a great breakfast. It has proper blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep and the sound-proofing is good enough that with the window closed, you wouldn't notice that you're right by a trainline.

Really the only complaint I have is the lack of plain, still water at breakfast.

The shampoo, honestly it does not take that much effor to place a shampoo and a body gel instead of a "one for all" that leaves your hair not in the best way.

I was looking for a cheap hotel not too far from the city center, and this hotel was a good choice. The room was large and clean with a nice bathroom and good beds. It was easy walking distance to the city center (10 minutes walk to Jentower), but also with bus and tram stops very close to the hotel. The overall feel of the hotel was very good. Great value for money.

I am not a huge fan of carpeted rooms. Still this is the only real downside of the rooms for me.

The breakfast was delicious and the building was near the main touristic places. Also for checking out you need nothing, just to say goodbye. The staff were super friendly.

Maybe the space to have breakfast could be bigger or open an extra room for it, but meeting new people is ok.

The very best thing about this hotel in our opinion. Is the receptionist Sarah ! We made a mistake in our booking dates, Sarah corrected it with Booking.com immediately, without hassle or problems. The next day she was breakfast coordinator, and although most of the breakfast crowd, was rude and acting like (sharks in a feeding frenzy.) She kept the food stocked, in a friendly professional manner. If her salary is less than 25 euros an hour, she's woefully underpaid. What a helpful person!! The room was nice but simple. No extras. For example (minibar, safe, coffeemaker.) But the airconditioner was fantastic, the bed comfortable, and great hot shower pressure.

The breakfast was very basic. Just brotchen , cold cuts, cheese, boiled eggs cereal a coffee machine ,fruits, yogurt and packaged cakes. If you are a hot breakfast fan, then you'll be disappointed. But its only 8.50€ . Which is reasonable for an all you can eat morning meal.

Missing information about of start serving breakfast. I arrived to the hotel at mignight. Reception was closed and check-in had to be made using the some kind of automat ( very good solution :) ), but There was no information about breakfast. It was important for me due to I had to leave the hotel at 6:15 next day.
