Staff is friendly, breakfast is good, Rooms are rather comfortable and it's pretty close to the city. Bonus point that just behind the hotel there is a beautiful walking path in the forest, and it's beautiful back there.

They seem to be quite short staffed as when we arrived and wanted to eat, it took a long time for service. But we noticed that there was only 1 person taking care of all the orders for all the tables, so I can imagine it being quite chaotic. As a last addition, the beds are on the harder side. I personally prefer soft beds, but that's a personal preference.

Staff was wonderful, friendly and serviceminded. The beds were excellent, as were dinner and breakfast. There were plenty to choose from Nice and safe parking area. Easy access from the motorway.

The aircon did not do the job. However, it was rather hot at the time and no hotel we had stayed in the last few days during the high temperatures in central Europe managed to keep rooms cool. The exterior (grass, stairs and so on) could do with some love and attention. But the staff made up for our minor complaints.

Nice location, not in the city center (I think??) but great if you are traveling with a dog. A lot of grass, trees around, walking path..top. Kind stuff, we got upgrated ..two familly romes conected together..thank you. Balcony was a big plus. Hotel isn't new and modern but it is clean, spacious and has nice souranding...so no complaint, great value for money.

Hotel is situated a bit outside of Jena center, but easy accessible by a street car. By the way it was nice to hear that tickets for local transportation are included in the hotel price! Rooms have a water boiler and coffee/tea. Hotel offers a free parking as well.

It was a bit heavy air in the room we had. Breakfast is too expensive. Should be a part of hotel price. A supermarket just 5 min walk and conditory that sells great buns!

The facilities are not the newest, it looks like the 1980's are quitealive here. However, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and it is calm. A plenty of parking space, it can be reached fast from the main roads.

The staff was friendly. Sauna is a nice treat after a long day. The wellness area on 5th floor is small but fine.

Didn't like might be a little to harsch. I was surprised that half of the bathroom was in the sleeping room. The hand tub was seperated from toilet and bath tub.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the receptionist was professional and polite as always. Free parking directly in front of the hotel! We each had a large bed for ourselves which was a great surprise! Reasonable charge for our dog.

The bathroom smelled of old urine, which one could smell in the sleeping area if the door wasn't completely shut. The hotel is a bit outdated.

Best part of the hotel was the hospitality, room maintenance and service. The dinner timings and ambience were highly appreciated. The cost of the total stay was set at an affordable pricing for the overall service provided by the hotel.

Irrespective of the ambience which was heavily appreciated., Extending the dinner sitting areas to the breakfast section would be an addon to lot of people being accommodated.

Had a great rest in this hotel! Big room, big bathroom with bathtub, big bed with great mattress. All very clean and comfortable and very quiet for sleeping. Convenient free parking, great location in the middle of trees. I totally recommend it.

We book this hotel regularly for an overnight stay, when we are traveling long distances. It's perfect for this purpose since it's only a 5 minutes drive from the highway. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy and staff is very nice.
