Well for me the best in hotel is the staff a very good very very good. I have to say my kids and I we feel like we were at home. It was amazing. Breakfast was very good. The people that serving the breakfast they were are unique and happy you can tell that I love that job and I think that’s one of the great trip that I ever had this year, especially with his staff that works with the hotel. The room was very good. I felt comfortable. It was always Clean, yes like I said a little problem that I have with the Internet but again it’s a lot of people that were using it so yeah otherwise my trip was very good hotel in Kaiserslautern

Everything was good just try your best to make the Internet service work good the rest of the things about the hotel was all great. Like I said is staff one of the important thing and the girls and men woman they did a good job and also if you’re taking a taxi, you have a very good price that you pay so I appreciate this trip once again.

We enjoy using this hotel as it has everything we require,conveniently situated, nice rooms with comfortable large bed. Bathroom is a little dated but nice to have a bath included. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choice including a cooked breakfast and pancakes. Evening bar snacks are available, recommend the flammkuchen. I had leek and salmon flammkuchen. A bit disappointed to find that the vegan asparagus flammkuchen had all gone so my husband couldn’t have one. It looks like this is because the bar snacks are heated from frozen rather than fresh.

Can’t think of anything, although we were leaving our room getting a lift in the morning when the test fire alarm went off. The lifts don’t work and my husband had to use the stairs which he found difficult walking with a stick and his luggage. There was a sign at reception when we eventually got downstairs, but might have been an idea to warn people at breakfast.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and a good value. The location is a tad remote. The price is quite high for such a remote area. The staff at the desk and at the drink bar are excellent! And I liked that there were games for the kids, such as a billiard table.

The location is a bit far from anything if you do not have a rental car. Our room was good, but I would have appreciated windows that better isolate the noise from the street and the toilet had a slight odor.

The polite staff and the early morning breakfast. The time 0530 was very good and the food, coffee, fruits was delicious for me. Thank you very much.

The only thing I would like to suggest is for the toilet seat, the water was not so much and easily to clean after flushing the toilet. I suggest more spreading of the water to better clean the toilet inside. Also, I would like a little more light in the room, so I can see more easily.

The staff were extremely nice, and provided excellent service. The location was perfect for my needs. Breakfast was really good, as well as the bar area. Essentially all common areas are excellent.

The rooms are spacious but do not offer Air conditioner. This hotel would be comfortable during winter, but not on summer months. Also, the sauna only opens later in the day. This is not preferable for morning use after a workout.

I chose this location for one reason. I used to live in Betzenberg in the 1970's and was on a nostalgia trip to see the old place. So for that alone it was perfect. Hotel is clean neat and tidy, rooms are functional, clean and well laid out. Bathroom is again, clean neat and exactly what you need. Plenty of car parking and a nice quiet location. For a short break stop over it was perfect for my needs.

On this trip I had no complaints, nor did I find any negatives.

I brought my parents from Ireland and we stayed here, we had an amazing holiday. Went to see so many different areas and it was really nice to get back to the hotel in the evenings, very friendly staff, very clean hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

No air-con!

It is a decent hotel, nice breakfast and easy check-in and out.

The warm water in the shower was there one day, but it took about 5-10 minutes to get a somewhat warm shower 3 out of 4 days, which is a shame. Plus the amount of parking spaces is limited for larger vehicles.

It was clean and tidy. Decor was nice. Vending machine games in handy late at night. Free pool table was a nice touch.

Dartboard was in the wrong area so room to stand the right distance or a marker to know where to stand. A scoreboard would be good.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room wasn't big, but it had everything we needed. The balcony was a bit tiny, but it was relaxing to have some fresh air. The bed was cozy and clean. The breakfast was excellent. I loved the coffee machines that let you choose your types of coffee, like regular, espresso, cappuccino, or macchiato.

My room did not have a USB plug for charging my phone. Also, I tried but never succeeded in getting washcloths.
