Everything about this place, it was perfect! But what really made the difference for us compared to the other places we stayed during our whole holidays it the treatment given to our dog. After 12 hours spent on the road, it was very nice to arrive in our hotel room and see the welcome package for him :) The room was spacious and nice. Bed was super comfy, we slept like babies. Well equipped as well. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices which is rare for a continental breakfast so much appreciated! Staff is very friendly and professionnal. I really appreciated the option of the online check in that made our late arrival to the hotel easier.

Plaza Premium Hotel is an absolute gem. Our stay exceeded every expectation, making our visit truly memorable. The room was comfortable and beautifully maintained, with all the facilities you could need for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. One of the standout aspects was the incredible staff—everyone we encountered was exceptionally kind and helpful, especially the reception team, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was also a highlight, offering a delightful selection to start the day on the right note. We loved our time here and can't wait to return. Everything was perfect!

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was very spacious and the bed was so big and comfortable. Breakfast had a very good variety and was excellent value for money. Location was perfect for us too

The only thing I didn’t like was registering your own details on the computer when we arrived after a long day driving I found that a bit tedious especially when you had to put passport details in to it was quite time consuming. That’s only a minor thing though everything else was good

The staff was perfect. They were very nice to our dog and very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

We booked a family room. It was so spacious. Never seen one this big as here. The room and the hotel are spotless clean (btw the most clean hotels I have seen in my life are usualy in Germany). The beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Breakfast had enough choices available. The area is very, very quiet. We had a great stay.

Very nice room, large enough so that our daughter of two years old could have her own corner.

This hotel presents as a new property. The reception is helpful and friendly and the rooms are spacious and quiet. Breakfasts are amazing. Parking is protected by a gate, but not free. ☹️

The surrounding area near the hotel is business-parkish, but the hotel itself has some shade trees. You are a seven minute drive to zentrum!

The hotel reception staff was very helpful and kind. It's a hotel that is conveniently located not far from the highway and away from the town's center. An interesting mixture of two music styles to be heard in the hotel's restaurant during breakfast, a lounge style one coming from the speakers in the restaurant and an Eastern European folk music that is played loudly in the kitchen, bursting through the restaurant every time the door of the kitchen opens.

Perhaps there could be a bit more choice in terms of providing dinner in the hotel's restaurant for guests that are not interested in exploring local restaurants' scene.

The rooms were clean, it would be nice to have a separation in the suites between the bedroom and living room. The bathroom was clean but a bit too small.

I booked in advance and paid for two suites however at the hotel they wanted to charge us more because of the number of people but we did not pay more since our reservations showed rooms booked for multiple people.
