A very good breakfast. A large room. Very handy for the tram stop. Off road parking. Very helpful staff. Close to the very good Italian Restorante La Signora.

No way of plugging the bedside lamp on the other side of the bed in.

It is a very good value, a good option to stop to spend the night when traveling. If you arrive after the closing time of the reception, you can pick the keys from the box, which is practical and useful. Also, stuff is very friendly and helpful, I made an error on my reservation, and they helped to fix it, I greatly appreciated their help.

Staff was so sweet to us. There is a bar but we didnt try. Room was OK for the price, warm and comfy. There is a tram stop at the door.

Location is too far from town. Parking area is small so if you come with a car better ask them in advance.

Easy to find and the price was great! Breakfast is 9€ a person, but we did not eat.

Parking lot was full so we had to park on the street...no issues but picked it mostly because it had free parking. TV only had 1 channel available. Also, there are no drinking glasses in the room so either bring your own or just buy water from the vending machine.

Excellent beds, really comfortable. Very clean place overall. I think beds and cleanliness are the most important things at hotels, so they’ve got that just right! Very friendly staff. The receptionist on duty the day of our arrival took the time to show us two potential rooms (one double, one twin) to see which one the child’s cot fit in best.

The child’s cot provided was slightly broken at one end. Generally things could have done with a bit of sprucing up: they weren’t dirty, just getting a bit old. But I totally understand the past couple of years have been difficult for hotels :-) and for this price, Hotel Maurer is brilliant.

We were arriving around midnight. It then turned out we had booked in the wrong month (which was completely our mistake). Nevertheless, the hotel was so extreme flexible to offer us a family room so we could get some sleep. Next morning, the staff was again very keen to let us continue our travel and would alter our booking for us. Furthermore, the room and beds were proper and the environment very quiet, so we could get some good sleep.

We liked the location. The WiFi was fast with stable connection. Plenty of hot water. Had working lift. The bed was comfy. Easy and well explained how to get the key for the room out of reception' working hours. The price was fair.

No tea/coffee facilities. The room was on the last floor and a bit too hot. To be fair the vent was provided but still couldn't cool down the temperature for a good night sleep.

The room was clearly renovated and bery modern. The window opened fully allowing for cooler air to enter the room without the noice of the AC.

Upon late arrival I was given a code to the locker containing the key. That code was wrong and it took about 15 min to get a hold of someone who could help

Room could be updated quite easily: a nicer light in the bathroom could create a more cosy atmosphere. In the main room, the window isolation could be updated to save energy costs.
