The amenities and facilities of the hotel was what I liked the most. I was only expecting something basic but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. The room was air conditioned, which was very much welcome considering other hotels didn’t and that it’s summer now. Next door is a grocery store where you can top up but the hotel also offered free coffee/tea facilities at their dining area. They also provided complimentary water, which was a bonus as you get charged at other hotels. You can also avail of a buffet breakfast. The hotel has its own parking spaces which I must say was very spacious. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Not close to public transport

The people at the reception were very friendlly and accomodating. The room was big, and bed was good. All in all an OK stay.

Breakfast could have had more choice, like yoghurt and fruit. Maybe some pancakes. The airco was a bit noisy and didn’t cool the room very much. It was not super-important since it was not that hot outside at night, but maybe a bigger problem in the middle of the summer. Room was quite expensive, like €180 per night.

We stayed for 1 night only (while driving across Europe). There is nothing in the area and this hotel is probably only suitable for a quick stop. The beds were large and comfy. The room was clean and quiet. We parked for free just outside the hotel (or you can pay 12 Euro to park in their garage).

The location is far from the city centre - if you plan to visit Karlsruhe, nothing to do near the hotel.

the breakfast is good. The rooms are nice and clean. the toilet is sufficiently large. It's the second time I've been in the hotel and they kept the quality to a good level.

The price is a bit high for one one-night stay. the curtains cannot prevent fully the light from entering the room in the morning, and if you are very sensitive to light you may wake up due to the sun.

Smooth procedure, also with digital access outside of staffed hours. This hotel is a perfect stopover when passing the Karlsruhe area!

The double bed could have been a bit bigger, but no big deal.

Really clean, nice and helpful team, underground parking option for 12 euro per day (parking outside is free afaik). 2 big supermarkets next door. Not so close to the centre but there were enough places to dine around. Good internet.

Everything was good

It is a very good business hotel. Room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Check-in process was smooth and took just couple of minutes. I liked the free coffee and staff is very helpful. It was a good value for money. It is bit away from city center but there is a bus stop nearby and you get bus every 20 minutes to Karlsruhe city center (10 minute bus ride). I did not have breakfast there so I can't judge that. Overall it is a nice hotel for business travel.

I think they can improve the quality of towels in the toilet.

Was perfect as a stopover on my way from Amsterdam to Piemonte. Could charge or electrical car in the parking (there are two chargers there). Also, breakfast was good. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Would definitely recommend.

nothing except that this is a very clinical place. You come, You register, You go to your room, You have a clean and quit rom and You go next morning. Did not make use of breakfast service......believe must be good too
