No fridge in the rooms, did not like the online check-in email that I received a few hours before I arrived, and at the desk they did not know that I had already paid another 53.5 euro as a diposit appart from what i paid to booking while making the booking, i have never has such a thing to get an check in email and ask for a deposit The name on the hotel is still the old name, which needs to be changed, so it was a bit difficult to know that we were on the right place

The hotel is in the prime location. Tram station, Bus stop to Karlsruhe station are very near. 2 mnts walking distance. Bus number 10 will get you to karlsruhe main station within 10mnts. Marktplatz is 10 mnts walking from the hotel. A lot of cafes nearby, & edekka& Scheckin within 3mnts walking distance. The price I paid is very reasonable compared to other hotels nearby. Very nice bathtub, big wardrobe with iron box is a plus point for this hotel

It would be better if you provide Electric kettle

The hotel's location is excellent, just about 10 minutes from the city center. The hotel is simple but comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Most of the staff speaks good English. The beds are very comfortable, and the heating is excellent.

The trams that run late into the night and very early in the morning slightly disturb the peace. The room lacks additional amenities, such as a kettle for coffee or tea, and only one bottle of water was in the fridge. These details would greatly contribute to the overall comfort of the stay

Large, bright, clean and spacious fully-functioning Hotel, easy to find, easy to park, helpful and accommodating staff with all the amenities and facilities one would expect from a much more expensive Hotel, including lobby bar, lifts and restaurant. Excellent value for money too.

There's nothing to 'not-like'! After several disruptive prior booking experiences at more expensive self-check-in locations, what a joy it was to walk into a proper Hotel with friendly and engaging staff who spoke multiple languages.

Our room was spacious and clean and had air conditioning which was most welcome as we arrived on possibly the hottest day of the year! Breakfast was excellent - so much choice and really set us up for the day.

Our room didn’t get made up/cleaned in between our first and second nights. This wasn’t essential but it would have been good to have the bins emptied and certain things replenished, e.g. the tissues - there were only 3 left in the box in our bathroom, so they ran out very quickly! Would also have liked fresh glasses and cups in our room after we used them the first night.

It is only 4 tram stops from the Hauptbahnhof and it was 2-3 stops to all venues I need to be during my stay there. The breakfast is truly great. The price is more than cool for high season and 4 star hotel. The bathroom facilities, the cleanliness and the whole room was really good.

There was no any support for providing for instance one hour before check in. NO SIR, the CHECK IN TIME IS 15:00. Even in Four Seasons or other 5 star hotels the reception knows how to make things possible and tell for instance: DURING THESE 2 HOURS IT WILL BE CLEANED AND YOU WILL RELAX IN YOUR ROOM.

The location, staff, parking and amenities. In central part of town with Ubonn and street cars adjacent. Plenty of shopping and pharmacies near by.

The bar is closed on Monday. The breakfast was NOT good. We arrived at 8:45 and it opened at 6 am and went to 10am. The pancakes were hard as bricks, no more bacon and the eggs were all gone and we were told they ran out? Someone does not know how to provision!

The ACHAT Hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the service is friendly and the breakfast is OK.

There are some management issues that definitely need attention. 1. It is very difficult to get hot water. There are no kettles in the rooms and you can't rent one. You have to find someone to boil water for you, which is not always possible or plausible. It is also very inconvenient. 2. By default, no one will clean your room, including changing towels and providing extra toilet paper. You have to go to the reception in person and ask for cleaning (there are no door hangers for cleaning), which is also inconvenient if you are used to a different standard in **** hotels.

The room was great, very clean, quiet and cozy. It was very nice that we had a coffee machine and capsules in the room, as well as an iron and an ironing board. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We parked the car on a street close to the hotel and it wasn't an issue. The location is fantastic because the hotel is very close to the touristic area and still very quiet.

It was very convenient to the metro as well as the bus line. The metro closest to the hotel is under construction however(May 2025) so just be aware of that but of course has nothing to do with the property. I did not indulge in the “breakfast available.” I thought the price was a bit high, but I don’t know what that included either.

The bed was quite soft. (Twin bed).
