Breakfast was good, standard buffet type. For 10€ worth the money. All rooms very clean an big enough. The queen size bed room had a nice bathroom and a small refeigerator, while the 3 bed room was very minimalistic The greek restaurant in the building is good. Parking was available for 2€/night in the reserved area, but the places are quite few for the size of the Hotel Elevator available We had a full set of towels

Hotel Wifi is bad, most of the time no signal. Cellular signal is also weak (at least for Vodafone)

We booked the spacious family room consisting of 2 separate double bed rooms and the living room with a sofa in between, it was comfortable and sufficient for 2 adults + 2 children family. Towels and sheets were clean and well prepared. We enjoyed the breakfast served in a bright and spacious room, full of mirrors which especially our little ones enjoyed. Parking is either on the street or behind the building, there is an elevator which facilitates the movement through the building.

VERY good price for what it is, staff were friendly and spoke perfect English, can go out/come in at any time during the day, there is a shop 1 minute walk away.

Sure, the location is a bit out of the way of public transport but that isn’t the hotel’s fault- only a 15 minute walk to either Leipzig Messe, or the tram stop :)

I have been a guest in the Novum hotel this weekend , the staff are incredibly friendly and polite answering to any request could pass through your mind ! Especially the gentle guest agent that worked the afternoon shift , with his years of experience that you can see and feel in his way of solving and finding solutions for my issues. The room was very clean and big quality VS price is respected! I was surprised that the HSK clean it again and changed the towels also if I stayed only for 2 days ! The hotel is not far from the center ,10 min walk to the M16 station (less than 20 min you are in the hear of the city) with the car 9 min ,I used both because i couldn’t found where to park my car in the city. The breakfast is international and fair for what you payed , the staff in the restaurant very helpful . I’ll be back without any doubt.

WI-FI has some problems

This hotel is good value for money. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. I had everything I needed for my short stay and will consider this place for future visits.

The girl in the reception did not speak any English, so communication was a bit difficult, as I do not speak any German. Location is rather far away from public transport stops (approx 15 minutes of brisk walk). I chose the place for its proximity to exhibition area but should have done a bit more research about the location. It was rather hot in the room and termostat was set up to 27°C without possibility to change the temperature.

Very spacious, clean and bright room, 24h/7 reception, parking included.

The shower door wouldn't close properly and therefore while showering the water escaped on to to the bathroom floor, covering it thickly, this needs fixing.

Very good breakfast

Went to breakfast and came back then our rooms was being cleaned and can't be used any more. My kid needed to go to bathroom in another room. 1.5 hours until checkout at 10.00

It was clean and quiet. Nice people.

Public transport is somehow very far away. I had to walk for a while, almost a km. The room was somehow very cold. The was no way I could adjust the heating system.

I spent beautiful days in this hotel, but it is very beautiful Thank you all

The bathroom ventilation did not seem to be working, so the bathroom had a damp and bad smell. We had to leave the bathroom door closed and ventilate the room upon arrival.
