Very friendly staff, good breakfast, big room. Underground public parking. Close proximity to city center and castle. Next to one of the lakes.

A bit dusty. Our entrance door was not closing smoothly (looks like refurbishment did not match the wall sizes and frame was too narrow for door to close easy) Hotel better to check on that as sometimes out door was not locking easily.

Clean, large comfortable room. Good shower, nice furnishings. Fabulous breakfast and large dining room. Coffee and tea with a kettle in the room. OK temperature control in room as it was not hot weather.-.weak air conditioning could.be an issue in hot weather. Just a bit of a walk along the lake to schloss and downtown and it's a bit further to the train station Mitte.

Great value for money, clean and modern. Spacious room great for a family of three with a 5 years old child, who had enough space in the room to move around. Breakfast had a great variety of food and drinks choices, incl. fresh baked mini pancakes that our daughter loved.

The variety of tea and instant coffee were provided in the room, but it would be rather nice to have a capsule coffee machine in the room.

wonderful staff, friendly and helpful, we arrived very late and they were so welcoming. the room was fabulous, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The shower was a dream, the bed very comfortable, plenty of sockets, we counted 16 in total. Iron and ironing board, microwave, fridge, water. WiFi signal great. parking directly under the hotel. fantastic buffet breakfast. we'll be back. thank you. 😊

Comfortable, attractive room, delicious breakfast buffet with good variety, pleasant lobby and reception area, outdoor dining area was a plus, helpful and friendly staff View of lake from room was really nice. It was a pleasant 20 minute walk to castle and into town. Coming by train, Schwerin Mitte is closer to the hotel than Hauptbahnhof, but either is doable.

Staff at reception was service minded. Rooms was super nice. Nice view from 5th floor. Great breakfast.

The staff made a mistake with the parking ticket as it was not returned to me at arrival. Not all of them spoke English and that caused a couple of mistakes when ordering in the bar.

The room was really spacious and it was only a short walk to the old town and castle. Staff were really friendly. The guy on reception was a trainee and he was very efficient and friendly. Exactly what you need after a long drive.

Nothing really. If I wanted to be picky I’d say we couldn’t actually see the lake which was a shame but lovely room with a terrace where you could listen to the birds.

There is a parking garage, the breakfast is good, the rooms are good.

I didn't like it, I was sitting in the restaurant's lobby in the evening, I wanted to order dinner but I waited for the waiter for 25 minutes and he didn't come, then I decided to look for a restaurant in the city.

Staff very helpful, friendly and service minded. Room size, bathroom size and facilities very good. Breakfast very good. Hotel parking. Location 20 minute walk to center along lake with scenic views of the castle.

Our stay at Plaza was really pleasant. The staff was polite and helpful. The room had all the facilities we needed and it was cosy. The breakfast was tasty, with many options to choose from.
