In Munich when the city closed - airport, train station, buses, trams, etc. Had to find a room. This hotel took us in, gave us a bit bigger room than the original, and were super helpful during our stressful stay there. Also, there is a really great restaurant that is attached to the hotel that you can enter through the lobby of the building. Owners of both the hotel and restaurant (two different people) we very good in taking care of us.

No complaints...we needed a place to stay that was warm, helpful, and we didn't have to go back out in the blizzard.

The staff are amazing and very helpful, they even gave me a very early check in. The room is clean and spacious

The location is a bit far from the city center, although public transportation is relatively very good all over the city, so it's not that big of a problem anyway

Cozy room, nice staff, good breakfast (at extra cost)

The shower was a little cramped and the water was changing temperature from very hot to very cold without adjusting the lever

Recommend this hotel! 👌 That's a proper balance between price and quality . Very kind and helpful personnel provided all requests. Sufficient breakfast, free parking. There is a metro station( line- U6; Harras) in 5 minutes walking distance.

Bad cigarettes smell in the room. Low internet connection.

The Location is amazing. We were there at Octoberfest. The parking is just at the street but we easily found the space around hotel and left the car there. Was not a problem. The stuff is very friendly. The room was clean.

The very old blankets. I saw the new mattress in the corridor. So, definitely, they are new there now. But, hopefully, the blankets will be changed as well.

The staff, especially Francesca were very very good.

Value for money was low. Its probably due to the Messe fair thats happening, but room rates that are 5 times of normal are a bit unfair.

Location, the staff were great, friendly and very supportive and helpful.

Two single bed were there in the room, rather than a single double bed, As we were travelling with a child it was bit uncomfortable, apart from it everything was very great

Parking was up to us to try to find in the vicinity of the hotel where there was free parking, so it was stressful every time we took the car out weather we will find it close enough or well have to park far away and walk. The receptionist didnt speak english unfortunately.

We stayed only one night on our way home. It was good. Parking situation is what it is, you can park for free along the road (if you find a spot) or in their garage for 10€/day, which is reasonable. There's S-bahn you can take to the city center, right around the corner.

Breakfast it is more than Continental Breakfast. It is very close to what I call homemade breakfast. Eggs, Ham, Cheese, Fruti, Cereals, Milk, Juice, Fresh Coffee and some Cakes. Excelent, De Vivo's is an Italian restaurant attached to the hotel tha offer excellent dishes too.

The TV is only German speaking, hahaha. Natural for being in Germany. A nice complementary service if not expensive one or two channels of news in English, like CNN. For example, I don't speak German.
