I booked for 7 days and nights stay with complimentary breakfast but after reaching there, they said breakfast was not included. Please make sure booking.com has the information right (I dont know how to go about that coz they leave no number!!). Apart from that, it met all my needs. The train station Messestadt West is 10 min walk away. There are eateries and supermarkets in 1-2km diatance and walking is a pleasure. Overall, I liked my experience.

There's nothing I didnt like as such. I didnt know the timings of the earliest train to take towards the airport on Sunday while returning. If they kept a timetable of the U2 line atleast at the front desk, it could have been helpful especially for those travelling back on weekends and national holidays because the timings are different.

The staff are super nice, literally all of them! They want to help at all times. The location was very close to important events and a few minutes walk from a great mall. The area is very peaceful which was nice too. Breakfast was great! The rooms were really clean.

There’s no room service (room dine-in) so we struggled to get dinner (especially halal options). Also housekeeping sometimes skip the room, we always always had to tell the reception, which made us feel like we were overwhelming them. Nevertheless, reception and housekeeping staff were extremely polite and helpful.

The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is great. Its location is very convenient — just a short walk to the ICM München and a shopping center. As a bonus, there is a park nearby, perfect for jogging or even swimming in the lake 😏. The metro ride to the city center takes about 20–30 minutes. Most importantly, the hotel has an excellent restaurant with outstanding service and delicious food — 5+ stars. Special thanks to Goran for the great service! 🤝

The location right next to the trade fair grounds is fantastic. Always nice to be able to catch some quiet between sessions. The rooms were nicely appointed and it was quiet. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good value for the money. Shopping Center with plenty of restaurants and some grocery stores nearby, a little bit far off city center though but Subway Station is a 6 min walk away (15 min subway ride to city center).

The spa/sauna was clean, fresh and pleasant and there were a lot of towels deposited here BUT they all were of the really tiny kind which nobody can use to tie around one´s waist, not talking about lying down in the sauna without leaving sweat all over the wood. When calling the front desk to ask for bigger towels, two people came up and did not really seem to understand in neither English nor German that you need bigger towels. There were a few bigger towels hidden here and there but you have to search through a lot of them. I got a little annoyed during breakfast one day when being asked the third time for my room number because they could not seem to keep track of who came into the breakfast restaurant.

Location for Adele concert, which was the reason for staying. Breakfast was exceptional. Bed was really comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Cleanliness first class in all areas of the hotel.

The cleaning staff arrived to clean our room at 5 pm. Which was inconvenient for us as we had come back to our room to shower and change to go to the concert. This may not have been a problem if we were not going out. I also completely understand this is a large hotel with daily turnover. Perhaps more staff is needed.

The breakfast was great. Staff friendly and location good.

The bathroom door was broken and would close. It was a glass door that was supposed to close from the toilet room to the main bathroom but did not so it was awkward! On our first night the bar was quite crowded with only one bartender working, so some customers were vocal about having to wait for a very long time for drinks. The hotel should have clearly known guests were arriving for the week for Adele and should have had suitable staff working.

Comfortable and enough big room and clean bathroom with several amenities. Around the hotel is safe.

The location is not so close from the central (It takes 25min).

The hotel is very nice, a spacious room, a mini bar, coffee machine and toiletries of good quality. Comfortable bed, big room with a nice view, parking on site. Easy to get from the autobahn. Excellent breakfast and perfectly organised for this kind of a big hotel. Shopping centre in 5 minutes walking.

The toilet wasn't clean enough (. Check out in the morning would be organised better. Long line and just 1 person at the reception. She tried her best but it was good to have more people there when it's rush hour.

Outstanding staff. Our car broke down in front of the hotel. Receptionist Gianna was so kind, understanding and helpful. She went out of her way to make calls to the car rental agency etc that night so we could get started again. She helped turn a bad situation into an almost pleasant experience. I left a note for her manager to let them know how good she was. Comfortable hotel. Really liked the parking garage. It was a rainy day and we didn’t have to get wet!

We chose this hotel for the Adele concert and it was a really good decision regarding the distance to the arena. The hotel was nice, modern.

The prices were greatly increased due to the concert. The quality was not reflected in the price, but we kind of expected to be more expensive due to the concert. However, the difference of almost 800 euros for 3 days was insane (we paid almost 1000 euros for 3 nights vs 200 euros normal price)
