The position is fantastic. It's in a quiet suburb with a bus stop a 2 minute walk from the hotel that takes you to the underground. The room was super quiet, and super clean. The kids loved finding the gummi bears on their pillows! Breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of things to choose from. There is also an amazing beer garden about 1km from the hotel...super typical with a huge garden.

We did not like that dogs were allowed at breakfast where we ate. There was a dog that barked at our daughter and scared her half to death. I am also allergic to dogs so I think this should be taken into consideration for future guests.

The hotel is very convivial. It does not have many rooms, 3 storey villa, so feels like you are visiting a friend. Rooms are clean and ergonomic. quite small, good for night stay but would be small to stay longer than few hours during the day. Bathrooms are new clean, large enough. The lobby/breakfast area and the garden at the back are nicely decorated and welcoming. Breakfast is very good value for money. Tasty and sufficient, nice croissants and etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no special parking belonging to the hotel but there is lots of parking in the street which seems like a safe area. I have parked right in front of the hotel twice. So not a problem really. The location is 25 min by public transport and about 15 min by car to the city center. Not a busy area so not very noisy. Can hear the cars when you open the windows,-no air conditioning- while it is on a main road in proximity of woods and a forest. Clean air and bird songs. Overall very pleased, comfy,clean and good value for money.

At the last days of Octoberfest I had to reserve on line, urgently. So I did not realise the last room that they had, that I picked in a hurry, was a basement room. When I realised this, I asked for a change of rooms. The staff-Monica- at the reception was very helpful and arranged for the one room upstairs available by chance, and the next two days they again gave me another room at the 2nd floor. I think it is not clear enough on the web page , that this room is in the basement- though it was clean and renewed and no smell etc, with a 30-40 cm high window that could open on top- In fact I think that they should not even rent that room.

Very nice staff - friendly and helpful. The single room was big enough for one person and had everything one needed for a pleasant stay - TV, coffee pot, mini-fridge and a complimentary Wi-Fi.

I wish I was told up front that breakfast started later on the weekends - I had to find out that in the morning when I needed to leave the hotel early, without breakfast.

A small and very pleasant hotel with a highly attentive staff. They’re always happy to help with anything. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is good. This is our second stay at the hotel, and we’re very satisfied.

Loved that it was located in a quite residential area. Well connect by bus services. The staff was amazing and helpful and very welcoming. The breakfast was filling and importantly they had fried eggs as an option too. The rooms were clean and opened to a little garden which was nice to enjoy the beautiful summer.

Our room looked out onto the garden, it was so pretty. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is an excellent hotel, I would highly recommend it.

My room was impeccably cleaned. The staff members were readily available to assist and ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. A bus station on public transport is very close to the hotel.

I did not find an air conditioning system in my room. Fortunately, the weather was not so hot during my visit.

I arrived late & had a great communication for checking in. Room’s nice, clean & bigger than I expected! Friendly staff!! Great selection at breakfast! No AC (which I knew when I booked), but a fan was provided. If you’re on a budget, this place has a great value for money.

The Wurst at breakfast (which is amazing by the way), is only served at Sundays apparently. Could be at breakfast every day! It's just a suggestion. Other than that, no negative points at all.

the room had a good size even if it was for one person, it had a couch in seizing to the bed and a water boiler. I felt like home. I also appreciated the French style window from floor to ceiling. have a lot of natural light.

the only thing that would make it even more perfect would be a very good expression / cappuccino machine available to clients on the downstairs area ( on a trust based that they declare at checkout how many coffees they made for example ).
